Requested quote to extend irrigation system, which was installed in 2004. Took three online requests, and three phone messages to receive reply from Patrick Denneen. He came out in 2018 for an estimate, which I was unable to follow through with due to an extremely serious, very lengthy illness. Made contact to have the work done now, and was told that he was tired of driving out and giving me free estimates. Two estimates in 16 years is too much of an imposition.

Very professional team. Same day property examination and quote. 5 zone Rain Bird sprinkler system installed on 100ft x 150ft property and working in one day. I would absolutely hire them again.

Crew did the basic work in a torrential rainstorm and then returned on sunny day to make the proper adjustments.

They didn't have pump so needed to come back next day. They never repaired feeder or re-aligned heads. I think they may be out of business as I tried to give them another chance, but they haven't responded to any of my calls in over four weeks. Everything went to voicemail or came back busy tone. Would not recommend.

They're very professional and they know what they're doing. They come out, they take a look at something, for the electronics he was really quick. He went in and knew exactly what it was that was wrong with it and then he explained everything that goes to it, the rain gauge and all the other stuff. how to set all the electronics up and how to set all the programs up & made sure they were set up for us. He was very familiar with the set up of the rainmaker, the system. It was just one guy that came out.

When they came out there were 2 guys. He didn't sent just one person out to do a 2 man job. That's what I like that they know how many people to send out and approximately how long it will take & it only takes that long or less. They were done in less time than what he thought would take. They were very accommodating and actually moved a couple of the other sprinklers, when we had only told them we only needed one moved. They recommended moving the other one and we agreed because we didn't even thought about it and it took them less time than what they originally thought it would take. That was good.

RJ was great on both occasions, took care of any questions I had and made sure he ked through the competed job with me of all the work they did and verified all sprinklers and heads were working in all zones. Great customer service and attention to detail. Thanks guys, appreciate it!!

Lee was awesome! He came prepared with all the necessary parts and spent time (~ 2 hours) assessing and fixing all the issues. Used flex hoses on the replaced sprinklers to keep the lawn mowers from breaking them.

I sent a mail to the website and they called me back the next day, setting up the appointment. The guys called me on Friday and said they were on the way. I had a problem with a valve, broken line, no pressure. The techs were able to get everything going and get my irrigation back to working. They always do a thorough job when they come out. I've used them a number of times in the past and they have never disappointed me in service and professionalism .I'll keep calling them whenever I have a problem. I know they will fix it right and fast. it also won't cost you an arm and a leg.

From start, Donnie and his crew were professional, reliable, trustworthy and supportive. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do, which is much more than I can say for one of their competitors. Price was extremely fair. They did more than i expected. Most importantly you can trust them to be fair and they worked directly with my tenant to arrange site visits. Hugely appreciated. Also, tech and email savvy.

I called Gator Irrigation to correct several nagging items which I've not had the time to address myself. While RJ was correcting things he found a few over items and took care of them all. He phoned ahead, was on-time and finished (even with the extra items) on-time.

New irrigation system and sod installed. Patrick and his team were professional, friendly and followed through. They installed an entirely new irrigation system and pump on a 1+ acre of land as well as a large area of sod. Very knowledgable. We would highly recommend Gator Irrigation. We were glad to be referred to him from two of our neighbors.

On time. Discussed problem. Replaced spray heads. Tested system.

Bob was on time, called before he came. I have had several other providers adjust my system, but no one else found the problem that was causing an area in my yard to die. I was so impressed and grateful that the problem was discovered and I only had to trim back a shrub to solve the problem. They changed out some heads, raised a head, and redirected another head. I am very pleased with the work.

The service went perfectly. Bob called me and let me know he was at the house. It was earlier than expected. I left work and arrived 30 minutes later. I described the problem to him. ( No sprinklers turning on after I had repaired a broken line). He found that the Rain Sensor was full and stuck in the mud - consequently no zones would turn on. Fixed that. Fixed a broken valve on Zone 4, Moved a head from under the A/C mat. I saw when we were testing zone 4 that my repair leaked. I requested that Bob fix the leak which he did. He then provided me with an itemized invoice and I provided him with a check.

Not very well overall. Would ONLY use them to fix the problems that they created.

They were very good and knowledgeable, and I liked everything about them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I was very happy with the patient and helpful worker that they sent out, his name was Bob. He explained a few things about the system to me that I didn't understand. It is a family owned and operated business and Bob said he had been with them over 15 yrs. I was especially happy that they billed the second hour in 15 minute increments. They charge $85 per hour for the first hour and then $85 for each additional hour, but they divide up into 15 minute increments. So they charged me one and a half hours labor. The other large outfit I called, charged $85 per hour and did not divide hours. So, I feel like there was some cost savings there. Also, Bob worked very quickly, he was cognizant of my time and money.

Everything has been fine. It does sometimes take a couple of weeks to get them out in the spring because they are so busy, but I have been happy and will continue to use them.

Firm responded in a prompt manner and identified and corrected the problem in minimum time. The repairman Bob Springer was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient.

The initial call went well. I set up a service visit with Jennifer on Tuesday and Steve came on Thursday to inspect the city irrigation box and judged that the valves needed to be replaced. He shut off the water so that the leak would not continue. He told my friend who was house sitting for me, that he would contact me for his return details. By Friday afternoon, I did not hear back so I called Steve. He said he would be in the office later and would schedule me for early next week. Come Monday, I had not heard from him so I called Jennifer about the status. I asked that she try to schedule by Wednesday as my friend/house sitter would be there; otherwise I would have to take time off work to meet the repairman. Jennifer calls late Tuesday and says that Steve would only be available on Thursday. Jennifer said Steve tried to call but think he had the wrong phone # because I never heard from him. I finally got fed up with the delays and lack of return calls and went elsewhere.

I am very pleased with the service and information provided by the crew. Although the pump is old and the bearings are making noise, I plan to replace it in the near future and will certainly count on Gator to complete the job. Very professional folks.

I called them. They got back to me and scheduled a service call. The tech showed up as scheduled. He repaired the problem with no trouble, and that was that. They charged a fair price, and I am completely satisfied. When future maintenance on the system is needed, I will call Gator Irrigation. I am completely satisfied.

From the first visit to the installation, it went very well. The crews showed up on time, worked cleanly, and didn't leave a mess. They installed two systems and "jiggled" the cable on my parents' property, causing a "snowy" signal. Gator Irrigation responded quickly to this, but the cable company got here first to fix it. Ours was fine.
