Call The Screen Guys

Hired the screen guys after going to a home and patio show in 2020. Mike came out and gave us an estimate. When the workers came out they had the wrong materials to do the job we were quoted, but it was in my favor. We were to have installed a screened in back patio with roof panels and one panel was to have a fan brace in it. The day they showed up we got two fan brace panels and were told that they were not going to get the other one as it was a bit of a drive. There were five panels total and i stated to place the fan panels equally between the others starting with a blank one. They installed it with a fan panel on the end just above the door to exit the porch. I called and asked them to change it and they did pretty quickly. Now the nightmare begins! when they redid the panels they were not installed correctly and leaked. I only noticed months later when the light on the fan i installed appeared dim. When I removed to cover to check the light i was drenched with water that had leaked into the fan from inside the panel. For 4 years I have been calling them to fix it and 1) it takes them forever to get out here, 2) They do not call when they come out so you might miss them, 3) They will not acknowledge what the real problem is, 4)keep being told I'm on the service list with no call ever to let me know when they are coming out. I would definitely not recommend this company as their service is sub par when it comes to customers and the work is done by former criminals who have no experience in the work.

The initial visit was good, but the company never replied with an estimate or denial of service, even after a follow up call to confirm their interest in the project. They left us hanging for 20 days until we decided to move on.... untrustworthy! Unprofessional!

The owner finally came out and opened up the downspout inlets. They never got around to addressing the lack of a drain outlet at the base of the enclosure.

Construction was very quick and the crew was very polite and respectful. Communication was challenging at times, but ultimately everything was completed as expected. Our pool enclosure was finished in July, and we are thrilled to say made it through hurricane Matthew completely unscathed. Many in our community were not so lucky and lost screens or entire enclosures, but the quality construction of our enclosure held up to the rain and winds like a champ, with absolutely no damage. Good job Call the Screen Guys!

Just want to say thanks to Cliff and his crew for doing a fantastic job on the roof repair and the re-screening of our pool enclosure. They were professional, prompt and communicated with us the entire way. Cliff was always available to answer any questions we had. They did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves along the way and left our place looking great. We look forward to doing more business with them down the road as we will need some gutters in a couple of spots around the house to improve drainage. Keep up the great work guys!

Screen Guys did an awesome job of rescreening my entire birdcage over the pool, spa and lanais. They were very professional, completed the job in 1 1/2 days ion 100 degree weather. They cleaned up after themselves each day and when finished did a sweep for any reaming small items, like screws. Attached are two pictures of the finished product using 20/20 screening. The owner and employees were very respectful of my property and us. I fully recommend "Call the Screen Guys" for any screening, reroofing, gutters, etc.

Cliff was punctual and communicated well. He replaced some of the screens on our pool cage and was able to save a few without replacing them which saved us some money. We will use him again in the future.

The contractor was quite knowledgeable regarding the structural design of the enclosure. The work was completed in a prompt manner to facilitate pool completion. Field crews were experienced and very respectful.

They showed up at 8am when scheduled and worked steady until finished at 4:40 pm. They were outstanding and cleaned up professionally afterwards. Highly recommend them!

Came out and did estimate just a day or two after initial contact. Agreed to price and started work a day or two later. During work, his gutter man pointed out problems with old gutters. Old gutters were part of new construction and they had cut corners by not installing braces between gutter and facia. Gutters were starting to sag in places. I asked for estimate and had them replaced. Also, I told him about a place on my roof that had leaked in the past, he used metal gutter material to fix the problem. I didn't have to call a roofer! He also changed the drainage on part of roof to divert water from the problem area.

I contacted Cliff about getting an estimate and he, was very busy with some other small jobs and was getting ready to begin a complete enclosure job that would keep him tied up for several days. He, however, agreed to meet with me on that Thursday to give me an estimate. In the meantime another company came out and gave me a quote and told me what I needed. I had something come up and I had to cancel our appointment so when I called him he offered a quote over the phone and since I knew what I needed. Cliff had his crew come out the following Monday and even coordinated with a painter that needed to paint behind some screen panels which they removed and replaced with new ones. This was not on the original quote, but Cliff told me that he would be fair and take care of me. Well he was true to his word and I felt that this was going beyond expectations. At this point, he had neither met me or gotten form of payment. His wife and partner took care of all of this over the phone at my convenience. She could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The whole experience was very easy and the job that was done was professional and timely. I will definitely call Cliff and Char the next time I need any related work.

The company was able to do complete job. Other providers would only do gutters and downspouts. He replied promptly to our call for an estimate, scheduled the job at our convenience, and men arrived on time and completed the work on time and as planned. Overall we were very satisfied with this company.

Contractor was prompt, courteous and efficient. Work was delivered when promised, even during very cold weather. Any concerns were dealt with immediately. Workmen were courteous and eager to please. A great job!

The quality and workmanship was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly, I could tell he truly cares and takes pride in his work. Never once did I worry whether he would be there when he said and I never doubted what work would be done, I instantly trusted him! He even made a follow up call to me making sure everything was ok. Could not have gone better. Cliff was an extremely hard worker who had a great crew. He was easy to get on the phone and get info from. He has great ideas on design. His prices were very fair. In short... if you are putting in a screen... Call the Screen Guys. You certainly can not get anybody better!
