Prompt, personable and professional. Great job on re-stretching the carpet and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they clean carpets, as well, so we didn't have to go looking for someone...and now, it's all done and looks fantastic!

I had an excellent experience; friendly, courteous, and the results was fabulous. There were no surprises. Everything was explained up front. The owner even went out of his way to mention what may not get cleaned on the upholstery. He was refreshingly honest. I will definitely hire this company again.

C&C did a fantastic job! They we very easy to work with to call and get a quote, then when Craig came to clean, my condo was tucked too far back for his hoses to reach, but he worked to figure out a solution and made me a priority to get fit in the next day, even offering to come in the evening. Throughout our communications Craig did a great job keeping me up to date on his arrival times and status with the project. Their pricing was more than fair, didn't change from the quote to when the job was done, and included everything I'd needed without having to add cost for pet stains or deodorizer. C&C did a great job, my carpets look so much better, and I will definitely recommend them and be using them again!

The carpets looked very good after the cleaning. We also had some buckles that needed repair. Craig worked on the buckles for two hours. He stated if they did not disappear after the carpet dried to call him back. They didn't disappear. Craig returned as promised and spent another hour+ cutting, stretching, and gluing. The carpet looks great now. Very satisfied customer.

The owner came with help and cleaned my carpets. He and helper were very professional in there demeanor. They did six room plus stairs,at the agreed upon prices. They never tried to due add on's to boost price as alot of carpet cleaner companies attempt to do. The carpet was heavily soiled and after cleaning came out looking great,very pleased with work done. I will not hesitate to use the services again !

Craig and his wife Chrissy work very hard and say what they do. I love the floors did a great job. However the shower was just okay. It was still worth using C&C.
