Friendly, prompt and did a great job! I had a small carpet tear from my puppy. Both the scheduling agent as well as the technician warned me that although the tear was small, the cost would be the full hour (I expected that). I appreciated their diligence in setting my expectation. The work was completed quickly and the job done well!
