Brad was excellent at explaining everything. The carpets looked great.

The guy who came to clean the carpet was personable and clearly set the expectation of what he could do and what we were looking at pricing. He didn't pressure me into booking them for anything else and he was very quick, taking less time than he said in his estimate. I would go through them again.

I had them stretch and clean the carpet. They charged a very reasonable amount and the carpet looks like it was just installed. Very happy with the results. I will be using them for all my properties in the future.

Very professional. When we arranged the appointment he said he would call 30 minutes prior to arriving and he did. Showed up and got right to work. Did a very nice job. I will definitely use them again.

Craig did an AMAZING AMAZING job! Customer service is A1 & great quote. He called me to inform me that he was going to be early and educated me on a better way to clean my carpet for pet stains while cleaning it myself. I greatly appreciate you guys business. I am very pleased and anyone reading the reviews PLEASE LISTEN TO US! Lol I look forward to doing business with you all in the future. Oh and thank you for the foot booties!

Our carpet was badly stained by our dogs. The cleaners I had been using for years were never able to remove them completely. I had planned to replace the carpet but tried one more time with a new company. It's looks new! Very pleased with this choice and will definitely be recommending them to everyone.

There was one flat fee for his services. No matter how stained or dirty the carpet was, he made it look brand new! He was on time, courteous and efficient. I will definitely use his services again.
