Craig was very courteous and easy to get along. Told you straight if he can get the stains out and didn't charge extra if there are any stains. He was very professional with the job and paid extra care and attention. Highly recommend.

The young man was very polite and his wife who does th booking is very pleasant and friendly. Was disappointed with the cleaning. I know the kitchen was the worst area and he said he cleaned it twice but when I went to wipe up a spot this morning (the day after) it still came up dirty. And the grout in the rest of the house is very erratic, which you can't tell when it's wet. Their very reasonable is about all I can say. And we were his last stop of the day. 5pm After this review, Craig called and when I described to him the problem he explained that the pressure iexplained-that the pressure valve on his machine was the problem and he had siince replaced it and would be happy to come out and redo the floor. Which he did and know it looks great and I would definitely have him back
