Both gentlemen that came to the house were very professional and listened to my concerns regarding my furniture and where the dirtier areas were.

Cleaned all our carpet and did a great job. We live in a condo on the fourth floor and it was a lot of work to get the equipment to reach all the rooms but they were able to accomplish the task and did so quickly and efficiently.

Craig did a great job, he cleaned my tile and grout, sealed my grout and cleaned 4 rooms of carpet. His prices were fair and there was no up charge or selling when he arrived.

I had my carpets cleaned and stretched.I was very pleased.I will be telling all my friends to use them and I will certainly be using them again. If I could rate them higher I would.

I called this company out of 3 that was recommended and was surprised about the pleasant and knowledgeable voice answering all my questions. I made the decision to use C&C and especially liked the no add on fees. Craig arrived on time and reviewed the steps he would be taking and kept the original price. I was really impressed when they brought in the scrubbing machine. Most carpet cleaner I have used never used a scrubber. My floor had puppy urine all over while trying to house train him and really needed cleaned. I would recommend C&C Carpet Care and will be using them again.

These guys are awesome!!! Genuine customer service. They quoted us at $125. When they showed up they told us the job would have been $150 but still charged us $125 and cleaned the entire house. They were in and out in an hour. I will definitely hire these guys for future jobs!!!

Very sincere and about company reputation and service level. Also received quote for cleaning tile. Will have them do the work in the near future.

This is the second time that I have used C&C Carpet Care. Once again Craig and his staff delivered as promised. No hidden fees, no mark ups for pet stains, and the bill was as quoted on the phone. Craig and Chrissy are the most honest carpet cleaners and repair people I have ever come across. They did a super job on both repair and cleaning. They quote a price up front for every thing they will do. No add-ons like the other companies I have dealt with in the past. I recommend them highly and would not hesitate to use them in the future,

Quick response and excellent job!

They were very quick, very good. There is usually spots that reappear after the cleaning in high traffic areas but my carpet is still very clean and smells really good too!

The guys did a great job repairing my carpet. They were fast, very nice and fair priced!
