They were reasonable in terms of price. All of the operators who were working there, while they looked a little rough; there were two craftsman out there at their job. Physically they looked rough but then again, if you think about the job they’re doing being outdoors all the time, you can understand that too. They did a pretty decent job. Their price was comparable. They said that they were going to be over here at 8 o’clock and they were not here until 8.01am. So they were very punctual. Their professionalism is a hundred percent. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

Great. There were about 7 guys here all working to trim tree and remove limbs and brush and promptly dump in their truck waiting nearby. Glenn (the owner) returned my phone call and came the next day for an estimate and when I called for service to actually be done he was here the next day. They did a great job.

Great. They did what I wanted them to do. Also cleaned up.

Their price was good although I don't remember the exact price.

The company came a day before the scheduled appointment time. Had to rearrange my schedule but this is not the main complaint. The company cut the tree and removed the wood then started to grind the stump. It got dark on the men and they left a note saying they would return in the morning to finish the job. The next day I had to be at work according to my mother who is home all day no one had showed up to complete the work. I called the company around lunch time to come and finish grinding the stump and remove the grindings. They removed the grindings and left the stump at the level they had reached the night prior, they did not do anymore grinding on the stump. The stump is at ground level with large edges that stick up above the ground, they spread the dirt and other grindings over the stump to hide the remaining stump. They told me the day they cut the tree that they would grind the stump, but could not get the roots, I said that was fine just as long as the stump was well below ground level. They ground approximately 8 inches of the stump enough to get it at ground level, and then covered the stump with dirt to hide the stump. At present the large pieces that stick above the ground I have to get removed so that a mower will not get damaged. They cut the tree, but they are very sloppy at fullfilling the remainder of their services. The agent that provided me the estimate came around the day that the men were cutting the tree down and continued to tell me that it was a slow period and what a great deal I was getting. They provided me with the estimate. I selected them and paid them in advance prior to the completion of the work. As stated above they are very sloppy in fulfilling their terms. DO NOT PAY THIIS COMPANY ANY MONEY UNTIL THEY FINISH THE JOB. They will cheat you.

We had quite a lot of work that needed to be done, but wanted to preserve more than remove. The gentleman that gave the estimate seemed extremely knowledgeable and practical. He gave me ideas on things that I could do myself and steered me away from excessive cabling ideas that were more than my trees needed. The workers arrived on time on the agreed upon date. They were professional and respectful of person and property. All the agreed upon work was done with as little damage to the surrounding area as possible. The clean up was very thorough, down to even blowing the neighbor's driveway clean of debris. We asked for the chipper truck's collection to be dumped on our driveway so we could reuse our trees as what normally would be quite costly mulch, which they were happy to do. We are very pleased with our experience with A Cut Above Tree Service.

The team of guys showed up about 8:30 a.m. and went right to it. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. Also, Glenn, the owner and I walked to our neighboring trees and he gave each of them an estimate on the spot. I would highly recommend this company.

The guys did a great job. We got multiple opinions as to the extent of work required, and they offered the most extensive work at the best price. All work was performed as requested and in the time frame established. After the job was done, the owner even dropped by the next day to deliver the paid invoice in person. I believe the owner went out of his way to make sure all of the trees that needed to be removed were removed and explained to us why certain trees were a risk to the house.

My husband was home when it happened and described the operation as efficient & professional. They carefully tied the top of the tree and cut it off so they could lower it safely to the ground then move on to the next section down bringing the tree down softly piece by piece without damaging the house right beside it. He didn't observe the stump grinder in operation. When I came home the stump was completely gone and nothing was left but loose dirt and mulch like wood chips. They did kick up some dirt on the side of the house that had to be hosed off. Nothing was damaged. All logs and branches from the tree were completely removed before I got home.

No complaints. A Cut Above did a great job cleaning up after themselves and they did not require any money up front like others wanted that we had called. They were slightly cheaper as well.

We've used A Cut Above Tree Service for a couple of years, and they do an amazing job. My lawn and trees look wonderful. I am also pleased with the crew. They are very nice.

A Cut Above does a good job mowing our lawn and keeping it up as needed. He is comes and does what he has been hired to do. He will do extra if we ask, though. I would recommend his services to others.
