The owner, Steve, came out to give us an estimate. He is very professional and spent quite a bit of time listening to our needs and making recommendations for not only what would look best but also what would be best for the health of the trees and yard. When the 4-man crew arrived to do the work, they were all polite, friendly, and professional. The foreman, Jessie, spent time walking through the property with me before they began and verified we were on the same page about the work. The crew worked very efficiently on the projects, and checked in with me regularly to inspect the work or ask questions if needed. After a full day of work, I'm very satisfied with how well it turned out. The crew even trimmed and shaped the hedges out front to complete the overall look of the yard. They cleaned up as they worked, and left the property clean. I was impressed with the company, and would recommend them.

Outstanding company. They are knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and courteous. They explained what needed to be done, why, and how the work would be performed. They were also patient with questions. The company is insured properly and made the process of getting the City of Winter Garden approval simple. I would not hesitate to use them again and their prices were the best around by far.

The way the owner conduct his business is a refreshing reminder of old fashion American values - honesty, sincerity, hardworking, and courteous. They offer a good value for a big job. We did not have to move any plantings for the tree cutting and only a couple of items for the stump grinding so he could get the machine in. It was remarkable. They are able to do this because of the use advanced machinery and years of EXPERIENCE!! The tree cutter team used a crane that only needs a few feet of space within which to operate. He easily squeezed between between the flower box and the shrubs. An operator sits in a cage on a crane and goes up 30-40 feet in the air to cut down the tree by sections. Wow, the skill it takes to know how to cut it, when they need to rope it and when they can let it fall. NO DAMAGE to shrubs or structures!!! We had an invasive tree sapling that my husband though was a pretty native bush. They pointed it out and took it out as a matter of fact. Not going to have a future problem with it. Clean up was decent. The son comes in days later and grinds the stumps with a expensive high tech grinder that is controlled by a portable. He can see exactly what is in front of the grinder as he guides it to the stump and see exactly how to grind the stump. They invest in experienced hardworking people and what appears to be the best and latest tools and machinery that in the end produces an exceptionally result. We highly recommend them.

Steve Ogden - the owner - came out to personally do the quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable about trees. He didn't just talk to me about trimming but I learned a lot about why, when and how a tree should be cut. I chose Central Florida Arbor Care over three other companies for the following reason: -- for the amount of work that needed to be done - the price was fair and comparable to other companies -- Steve was not aggressive with any sales pitch - he simply came out, gave a quote and even offered to answer questions even if I decided not to go with his company. -- the work required their employees to go up very high, go into my neighbors' yards and it was very important for me to know that they were licensed and insured. They are! All of their information is clearly outlined on their website - no surprises-no secrets. The office staff who contacted me about scheduling the work was very professional/pleasant and accommodated my schedule. The day of the service, several trucks came to the house. The project manager came to the door and introduced himself, explained what he was here to do, gave a rough estimate of how long it would take and walked the grounds with me allowing me to point out anything that I needed. He was already familiar with exactly which trees needed to be trimmed and where and how. I left him and his crew to get started. I heard the equipment going but never once heard any other disruptive noise. This crew was very professional - their communication amongst themselves was inaudible to me inside the house. When the work was completed the project manager came to the door and we did another walk through to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It was! The trees were properly trimmed (I didn't realize how much of the sky I was missing) and the grounds were cleaned up as if noone had been there. Great company! Great service! I would use them again and again! Thank you!

Angie's List has once again come to my rescue to find reliable and trusted companies to do quality work at a fair and reasonable price for my Tradebank of Central Florida Clients and myself! The left the area clean. Overall, the service was good. The staffs that came out were good. They did a good job.

The work went extremely well. A four man team showed up on time with the right equipment and a very good work ethic. Team leader Jessie had 20+ years experience and it showed. Tree removed. shipped up. and clean up accomplished in 4 hours. Team came with the right equipment and know how to use it.

This was the second time I had this company to my house to do work. The crew of 6 showed up on time and worked 5-6 hours on removing the huge palm trees ( which were dying and were way too tall to trim easily) from my back yard. They did an outstanding job as usual and cleaned up and hailed out all the debris. They are great and know their trees and shrubs!

It went smoothly. Although I was at work on the day, neighbors stated they came with a fleet of vehicles and a lot of manpower. The job went smoothly and the only trace that they were there were little piles of ground wood where the trees once stood. They cleaned up after themselves as well. The job was awesome, quick and professional and would definitely recommend this company.

What I really liked about this company is that an arborist came out for consultation prior to work being performed to point out what needed to be done with the oaks and to answer all the other questions I had about the other trees and palms on my property. He showed up on time and was great in answering my questions and providing helpful suggestions. His crew showed up on time and worked non-stop for 5-6 hours. They lifted my oak trees, removed 3 dying pine trees, an aging bottlebrush tree, a Norfolk Island pine that was impeding an area around my septic tank, chopped down my bamboo that was overgrown, and did some other minor tree trimming. They were very professional and efficient.

The owner, Steve Ogden, came out to our home was on time Professional and gave us some advice on what trees to remove and why! With this information we got our HOA give us permission for the work. The date was set up for the 14th of April. The crew showed upon time were professional and very polite when they talked to us. Later that same day Steve Jr. showed up with the stump grinder and finished the job. (Jr. is a professional Firefighter who still helps out Mom and Dad on his days off) My experience with Central Florida Arbor Care from start to finish has been A+ I could and would highly recommend Steve Ogden and C.F. Arbor are for any kind of tree work, in fact my next door neighbor is going to have C.F. Arbor care do work on his trees!

It went fine. He gave me an estimate but he was going on vacation or something and I had to have the work done right away so it was a timing issue. His price was comparable with the others. They were responsive.

They weren't bad, but I thought they were higher priced than another company that I got a quote from. I have used them this time because I've used in the past, but in the feature I will probably go with the other company because they are cheaper.

I did not use them but they were professional and I don't have any complaints with them. They came right away after I called them.

True to his word, Steve had his crew and craine to our home late Saturday morning and by 7pm both the fallen tree and another next to it were removed and all debris cleaned up. We were so impressed with their professionalism that we contracted with them to remove another old oak which was threatening the house.Steve and his crew were extremely capable and professional in their handling of the job. They did VERY LITTLE damage to my landscaping and were very careful in their cleanup. I would highly recommend them.

They responded to my call for an estimate quickly and their price was very good. I was not home when the work was done but they did not leave any mess behind and the job was completed as agreed. They were very professional and courteous on the phone and I would not hesitate to use them again. Good tree service companies are hard to find and this one is definitely a good one!

I called Steve, the owner, on a recommendation from a friend. He is also a certified arborist. Steve was able to come out the same day last week to provide an estimate. He also had copies of insurance documents and left us copies. He called later to give us a date for the job the following week. The crew was on time, they did the expected work and cleaned up after the job was done. I will call them again should the need arise.
