About us

R. E. Arnold Construction, Inc. has been in business since 1989 and is located in Archer, Florida (about 10 miles SW of Gainesville, FL). We are a prime site work and underground utility contractor doing business in Alachua County and the surrounding counties of Clay, Levy, Marion, Dixie, Gilchrist, Columbia, Putnam, and Bradford. In addition we proudly serve in High Springs, Newberry, Trenton, Williston, Chiefland, Hawthorne and Waldo. ​ We are FDOT qualified in storm drainage, flexible paving (asphalt), grading, grassing, seeding and sodding, hot plant-mixed bituminous courses, concrete sidewalks, concrete curb and gutters, and concrete driveways. Project sizes range from $25,000 to $15,000,000. We carry an extensive line of heavy equipment and trucks. We have a field crew of approximately 50 experienced professional workers. We take pride in providing our customers with professional services and it is our objective on each project to perform on time, within budget and at an exceptional level of workmanship. R. E.
