Keith Smith and his crew are the WORST. Estimated time to complete remodel was 60 days, it took 10 MONTHS!!! His crew would show up at 7am with no notice, or whenever they felt like it, or not show up at all for weeks. They were paid to demo the floor, but instead laid the new tile over top of old downstairs. They ordered thousands of dollars of extra tile over what was needed, returned it and never provided us a refund. Keith, the general contractor, lied and said the hall transition pieces and stairs were custom ordered, finally when they didn’t show up for three months admitted he never ordered. One of his crew members showed up to my house on a holiday and proceeded to argue with me at the top of his voice about the tile color I chose in front of my children, yelling at me until I had to escort him out of my house or threaten to call the police. The list of poor quality and lack of ‘punch list items’ finished is so long no one would read them all. Keith Smith is the unresponsive, lies, has no craftsmanship, attention to detail, and will steal your money. I wouldnt recommend him or his crew to anyone.

Probably the worst vendor we've ever had do work for us. We purchased a steel building, and the company recommended Keith to pour the slab. We hired him based off of their recommendation, and he assured us that he would have the slab done in plenty of time (he has worked with this company in the past and is familiar with the timeline). We ended up having to postpone the delivery of our building TWICE because he was not finished. He was very unreliable and never came when he said he would or do what he'd say he'd do. Wouldn't even call when he was a no-show. His contract says that the first payment is due after the first inspection, but he was pushing us for payment before that, and had a very bad attitude when we held off until after the inspection. When we asked him to sign the contract and write on there that we had made a cash payment, he again had very negative comments. I could maybe look past these things if the quality of work was there, but I think they did a horrible job. The slab is extremely uneven and the edges were already crumbling away about 1-2 weeks after poured. It's so bad that when he finally came to cut the grooves in the slab, he apologized to my husband about the quality of work and said that he was going to send us a refund for part of the cost (of course, that didn't happen). We are so unhappy that we called the building company that recommended him and explained what all happened and suggested they NOT recommend him to anymore of their customers.

Slab was to be pitched away from house. Slab has deep puddles when it raines.
