+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. My mother uses a wheelchair, so they recommended a few carpet choices that would be best. The communication was always good. They were quick to come out and give a detailed estimate, didn't waste our time. They gave a detailed description of the work to be done. They arrived on time, worked hard, got the job quickly so my parents were only slightly inconvenienced . Both Molly and Jeremy were on the job site. A few weeks later we chose to add a transition strip. No questions asked, they came out, did the work, matched the color to the carpet perfectly. We have been very happy with the work. The paint looks great too.
Description of Work: They painted the bathroom and master bedroom, and removed old carpet and put down new.

+ 0 moreWe had a slab leak that required the plumbers to pull up the carpet. Jeremy came out on a Thursday and gave me an estimate. They returned on Friday morning (within the window they gave me) and repaired the carpet. It looks like nothing ever happened to it. I was very pleased and felt that the rate was reasonable (especially when I compared it to what it would cost me as a DIY project!). I'd definitely call them again.

I had figured the price would be a bit more than what was charged. I will be calling them again in the future. I highly recommend them for any carpet work or painting that needs to be done, in and around the house.
Description of Work: We had our carpets stretched in two bedrooms, and had caulking redone is several room. Touch up painting after the caulking was complete

Having seen some of their previous painting work, I expected good results, but the level of detail was extraordinary and way exceeded our expectations. Description of Work: They were great! They painted parts of our house recently repaired after some water damage--all interior walls, plus two bathrooms. It was a difficult job that involved removal of wallpaper in the bathrooms and some angular walls in the foyer. But they gave a very clear estimate and stuck to it. They also, very happily did a little carpentry work. They let me choose the paint which I was very concerned about--I wanted a low/no VOC paint. They actually were slightly higher in their estimate, but I chose them because, unlike their competitors, they included everything in the estimate--very detailed and clear. They showed up on time for the estimate and the job. They were very clear in all communication. They were quick on the job, and thorough on the job and in the clean-up. They were friendly and professional. I like supporting small local businesses like them and will use them again when I paint the rest of my house.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job. The only complaint that I have is they didn’t take the covers off the outlets and light switches. They just painted around then. The problem comes when I have to replace that, then I have to cut it off. If I have to replace it with a bigger or same size, I have to paint it. The workers who came out were great. I would use them again in the future.

This company provided the most thorough break down of supplies and services in a written proposal that was professionally formatted and presented. In addition to the price being competitive, the estimate conveyed a comprehensive understanding of the work. tools and method to accomplish the look we wanted to achieve. The team showed up on time, discussed what and how we wanted things done and proceeded to tackle the job head on. They were pleasant people ,detail oriented, neat and very efficient in their approach to the job. They completely met our expectations.
Description of Work: Four rooms with dark ceilings were transitioned to white ceilings. The ceilings were vaulted and contained a lot of beams and light fixtures to paint around.
