Description of Work: I was selling a former rental home that needed a whole house thorough cleaning prior to listing. Final Touch was able to accommodate the schedule I needed and did a very professional job. At first I thought their price was a tad high but my realtor assured me they were worth it...and he was correct! I have referred friends to them since and nobody has been disappointed. I would not hesitate to sue them again.

Description of Work: Dot and her crew were amazing! Top to bottom move out cleaning could not have been better. They worked me in with very little notice, and even stayed over the quoted time in order to complete the job (at no additional charge!). Thanks to Final Touch team of professionals, I received my entire deposit back for my rental house!! I couldn't be more pleased!

Description of Work: Did a good job of cleaning tile and grout but apparently left cleaning solution overspray on bottom of wood cabinets,stainless appliances, and brand new white washer and dryer which has caused discoloration of wood cabinets, stainless appliances, and pitting on lower front of brand new washer and dryer. In contacting the owners they only want to argue that they could not have caused this problem. However I had personally cleaned all cabinets before tile and ground cleaning and this damage was not on cabinet fronts. New washer and dryer has pitting on paint on front of appliances. Final Touch refuses to come look at the damage, make suggestions for resolution, and only makes excuses as to why they are not responsible. While the cleaning of tile and grout was an excellent job the resulting damage and handling by owners has spoiled the overall satisfaction of the job. Therefore I would not use this company again and advise that anyone using them for tile and grout cleaning should watch closely for overspray from the chemicals used and make sure that all overspray is cleaned off immediately.

Description of Work: It went well, owner was very responsive to my needs. On my service one of the persons that came to clean was starting that day and wasn't very knowledgeable. The other person was an expert in cleaning. So using a new person seemed to take away from being a perfect service.

+ -1 moreSeveral months ago we purchased an online deal for carpet cleaning services from Final Touch. Andre, the owner of the company, was extremely accommodating as we cancelled and rescheduled on him several times, with our final cleaning date slated the day before the expiration on our online coupon. Unexpected last minute circumstances potentially pushed the date beyond expiration, but even though Andre was only going to receive a drastically discounted payment for cleaning our carpets, he was willing to do whatever necessary to ensure we were happy customers. More importantly, he NEVER mentioned the expiration date, agreeing to come after that if necessary. That is extraordinary customer service. In the end, Final Touch arrived on our scheduled day and did a fabulous job on our carpets. It was a far more professional cleaning than we expected---they don't arrive with a portable unit. The entire machine they use is housed in a van. All they came into the house with were vacuum-type heads with hoses that went back to the van. They were efficient, polite, professional and they removed a few stubborn stains we thought we'd have to live with for the life of the carpet. Even more? When my husband told them of an area of our carpeted porch that had an odor problem due to pet elimination, they just went out there and worked on it even though they weren't expected to do so. We were very impressed and delighted with Final Touch and plan to use them again. And again.
Description of Work: Final Touch cleaned our carpets and removed stubborn stains we expected to see until we ripped that carpet up or moved, whichever came first. Plus, our dog- and cat-heavy house now smells like flowers.
