About us

"As a Gainesville native I grew up in the heating and A/C industry and started working when I was five years old. Yes. Five years old. My main responsibility: handing tools to my father, then owner of Willingham Heating & Air. At age nine, I started working summers to make money, and by age 17, I was working full-time for the family business. I took a short break and ventured to Texas and then Orlando, but returned to my roots and have dedicated myself ever since to serving the North Central Florida community by providing sales, service and repair on Residential & Commercial A/C systems

excellent! could not be happier!
Description of Work: replaced (3) AC units in our house; I would also add this happened after ChillIt came out nearly a year ago after we'd moved into our new house only to find the previously installed AC unit had failed (mid summer); the team was prompt, responsive, and went the extra mile towards keeping us cool that summer and were more than timely and professional when it came to replacing our existing units!!

It went extremely well. The serviceman was very courteous and pleasant. He used protective covering on the carpet both in the area immediately under the attic access as well as from the front door to the attic area. He showed me the material used to seal the joints and explained the process.
Description of Work: Chillit checked my home's HVAC duct work for air leaks and replaced the material which seals the joints in the insulation of the duct work.

Ms [Member Name Removed] was a delightful customer was refreshing to us that she called us be cause she was listing her house. She wanted to make sure that who ever bought the house didn't have any issues. We had also installed the A/C system about a year prior. So when she called we were happy to do a complete service on the system and check and fix any duct leaks we could find. We also thank her for her kind words.

Addition of freon went as expected. Was told that my system must have a leak, since I was losing the freon. Advised that a quote for replacement of the unit would be forthcoming. I received the quote for the new hvac system in a timely manner.

Everything has gone great with the new facility. It is scheduled to be complete by the end of this month. Chillit proposed the best combination of AC equipment at the most economical value. They have maintained our AC systems in other locations, so we know they will be great on the follow-up with this one.

They did a wonderful job and called a few days later to make sure everything was still working good
