If I could rate them with an A++++++++++ I would! I couldn't have asked for better service. Very reasonably priced. These guys ROCK and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone. As a matter of fact I already have!

My tenant called on Sunday and informed me that the outside compressor was humming, but the fan wasn't spinning. I called Osprey Air on Monday morning around 9:00. Osprey Air responded that morning and had the system repaired by noon. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and fixed the problem. Not being in Florida, I always worry that a contractor will "rip" me off. By 2:30, Osprey had e-mailed me an invoice detailing exactly what they had done. The service call, replacing the capacitor and two pounds of Freon cost me $210.00. Certainly not cheap, but considering what A/C repairs can cost, I was happy with the bill and certainly satisfied with the prompt response and honesty of Osprey Air Conditioning. Scott

repair man, owner, was here within an hour of calling him. Knew what the problem was right away,fixed it without trying to selling us anything else. Was a very pleasant person.

He was helpful in obtaining the correct a/c system for our homes and also provided them at a fair and reasonable price He completed the work on time and cleaned up after himself. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone at any time. When it's necessary to call him for service, he responds quickly. We had had problems after Charlie with roof rats in the attic and they had damaged some ducts. He came out and fixed them for us at what we felt was a very reasonable rate.

They are very prompt and reasonable. They try to give me the best conditioner for my use. They are very polite and professional. They get the work completed, when they say they will be done it's done. I would use their services again in the future if necessary.
