Great service

The 2 gentlemen who moved me, June 21, 2020, were outrageously patient, courteous and hard working. They arrived before 10am, and all was completed by noon. With my landlady, they were cautious and conversational. And with me, one gentleman gave me a hand, as I was getting up, from the closet, where I sat, with my dog, to be out of the way, of their organized, consistent moving operation. And, upon leaving, to go to the new place, the door was opened for me. I was so stressed, by giving my landlady notice, and by the entire moving operation. I was afraid that the landlady would create a scene and follow the workers around. Instead, she provided them with water. About the staff who organized the move, from before Memorial Day, when I began my plans, to the day of the move, I was treated with compassion and respect. I warned the staff members about possible abusive behavior, from the landlady(which had been given to me, during my 6 month "stay" at my landlady's home.) I feared the worst. The landlady insisted that I provide 48 hours' notice to her, which I had not planned to do, as I was sure that she would do any number of crazy things, the day of the move. I spoke with Mr Sebastian(the owner) and he said it was wise to do whatever she suggested. I did provide her with over 48 hours' notice. I wanted to ensure that she would have no weapons, in her arsenal, to refuse the mover's jobs, to assist me. And I paid Mr Sebastian, and the day before, I confirmed all, with Ms Sebastian. I hope to never be in this situation again, with a very abusive person, who treated me worse, than I have been treated by anyone, ever, in my life. I would brag about you, on social media, but I don't want her to know the name of the Moving Company. Although, she might have looked on the truck, and found it(the company name) out. I have had good movers. But the staff, who listened to my worries and who reassured me, were wonderful. (I forgot to get a copy of the signed contract. With a friend, for a bit, and eventually, to a place of my own. What I had feared would be a possible nightmare, of my landlady squashing my plans, was perfect. There is nothing higher than 100 percent or a perfect 10. But, in my world, multiply that 100 fold, and you have my appreciation, for how much I taxed the owners (Mr and Ms S, if that's their surname) and for those wonderful, energetic, patient, insightful, as soon as they finished my job, were ready for their next assignment(s) terrific workers. Thanks, for making this a wonderful Father's Day, and day of the solar eclipse(as could be seen, in some parts of the world), the longest/best day of the year, June 21. (Thanks, for helping me, with all that led up to this, and for all that allowed me to have a sane, healthy place to live, for a time, with a very sweet friend.) Always, the best. Great price for the move .

Called the day before to set up and was able to fit me in. Sent 5 guys instead of 2 which was amazing. They got the truck unloaded in an hour and a half with taking a break in between. I did not like how they dropped some of the boxes on the floor. I could hear it hit the floor outside as I directed where to take them. Also not all the items got to where they were told to go. Overall they did well, I am not sure though my ratings would be the same if there were only 2 guys that unloaded as it would have taken much longer than it needed to.

The people moving our household were professional, courteous, and cheerful. They were careful and thoughtful in the moving process!

Sebastian Moving was amazing. The prices are great, they wrapped all my furniture to protect it and they didn't ask for extra money to do so. They went straight to work getting the truck loaded. All my things were unloaded into my new apartment. Beds were put together and placed where I wanted them. Everything was handled with care. Next time I move, I'm calling them again.

Our movers were incredibly helpful and efficient. They finished unloading our moving truck about an hour into the two hour minimum, so they stuck around and helped us put together our bed frame, our kitchen table, and put the feet on our couches. We were so grateful for their help!

The guys were cordial and friendly. Seemed to to want to please us, and take care of our stuff.

Professional crew. Quick, efficient, courteous and awesome to work with. I have moved many times over the years, and I've never had a better experience. They got everything loaded quickly and unloaded just as quickly. They reassembled the items that had to be disassembled to move. They placed things as directed and were generally awesome. Great company and movers!! Very professional, efficient and careful with all our belongings! They shrink wrapped all furniture and pictures! Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend!! The company owner, Danny was also great to work- very easy and accommodating to our specific needs!
