The process was exceptional from the first design discussion through installation. The owner Tom visited us multiple times, even making a special trip to show us how the slide in baskets looked for the pantry. When the crew showed up they were extremely polite and took great care to ensure our hardwood floors and carpet were not damaged. We are extremely pleased and have already recommended them to multiple friends.

It's been almost a year (since August, 2018) since we had 3 closets remodeled by The Closet Monkey. Kseniya and the other staff at The Closet Monkey were all prompt, professional, and courteous. The quality of their work and materials are excellent and we will absolutely be contacting them again when we're ready to have more work done.

Ksenyia designed a Fantastic closet for us! More storage, better looking and higher quality than the other company we looked at. And the price was cheaper! Her husband, Tom, did a very professional install. And they gave us $50 for a referral! I would highly recommend The Closet Monkey!

Tom from Closet Monkey is amazing. Knows his stuff and was great to work with. The day of the install, the team came in, installed and cleaned up in less time than expected. They did a fantastic job. The pantry is beautiful and so functional now. Huge improvement. So, a few weeks later I emailed them about getting a few more shelves for the pantry and Kseniya replied that she will drop them off in a few days...at no charge!! Who does that anymore?!? Don't hesitate, give these good people a call!! You won't regret it.

Excellent. Very professional, very clean, on time and very hardworking. The owners know their product inside and out, and they are very organized, so they are great to deal with. Also, they were willing to discuss different configurations and made suggestions when needed. No high pressure selling, so they are not annoying.

These folks were awesome. Immediate response, timely installation, very, very nice work - we love what they did with high quality material, a very competitive price, and as friendly as you'll find anywhere. We will call Kseniya and Tom again in the future!

I contacted The Closet Monkey for my small project. Tom came over and was able to draw everything in my home. We discussed a couple of things and we finalized the drawings. The installation was scheduled in a couple of weeks and he was on time. The job was done efficiently. I was putting my stuff away while he was installing the other closet. The double hamper feature is great because I can sort clothes before doing laundry. I would highly recommend The Closet Monkey because they listen to my needs, worked around my schedule and they know what they are doing. I love my closets and I am planning to have more projects in the future.
