+ -1 moreSteve card says and quot;No Job Too Smalland quot;. We are spending lots of money on our remodel. I guess Steve didn't want any of it. Stay away from Steve Shepherd Plumbing.
Description of Work: Our contractor recommended Steve for bathroom and kitchen remodel plumbing. Steve was on time for his appointment for the estimate. Steve seemed confrontational during the appointment. There certainly was an "edge" to him. We were very friendly with him. He informed us that we would have his estimate in one to two days. I called about 4 days later and left a voicemail about the estimate. My wife called a couple days later and got his voicemail. We had the contractor call Steve to check on the estimate. Steve did not call anyone back. After 2 weeks I was able to get Steve on the phone. His response was "Oh, I just remembered that last night. I will get the estimate to you tonight or tomorrow." That was two weeks ago now. We have since had the contractor call him, and we have called and left several messages. He has not returned anyone's calls.

+ -1 moreIt is important to note my water heater was leaking water at a rate so fast that I actually had to shop vacuum the pan every 45 minutes. He provided exceptionally prompt service and his crew was simply top notch. From beginning to end they treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I feel I was given a great price considering the level of service. I will only use Steve Shepherd plumbing from this day forth. As good as it gets.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced a water heater.

+ -1 moreEach service call and the re-pipe were all handled professionally and at a reasonable price. Unlike some companies in the area, he does not tack on high trip charges. He gives you the price for the labor and materials up front so there are no surprises.
Description of Work: I have used Steve Shepherd plumbing for at least 5 years or longer. It started with a minor leak repair. He was on time, reasonable and professional. Next was a water heater replacement. By the time I looked at home improvement store prices and figured my labor and extra parts, it was a no-brainer to call Steve. When we did a kitchen remodel I called Steve to re-plumb the house at the same time. I knew it was needed and Steve suggested coordinating with the kitchen work. His price was fair sand his work is good. I have referred him to others without hesitation. I have also had him replace a toilet.

+ -1 moreTHE WORK THEY DID WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND ASKED ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS SO THAT ALL THE PARTS THAT SHOWED MATCHED THE NEW TILE.
Description of Work: THEY TIED INTO EXISTING WATER HEATER AND ADDED A SEWER LINE FROM OUR NEW BATHROOM TO THE CITY SEWAGE SYSTEM. THEN THEY PIPED IN A NEW SHOWER, TOILET, AND SINK FOR OUR NEW BATHROOM, THEN FOR THE NEW KITCHEN.
