He was on time, and cleaned up after himself.

Steve came out and took a look and gave me what I felt was a reasonable price for what needed to be done. Replaced original cast iron sewer line with new PVC and new clean out. He was here when he said he would be and was professional and efficient.

Technician was courteous, friendly and fast. Price was good for a 6yr 80 gal unit installed.

Brian at Spegal Plumbing was excellent. I called first thing on a Saturday morning, after discovering that our old water heater had sprung a leak and water was gushing out. Brian arrived just a few short hours later and offered both repair and replace options. We decided to replace it and are very happy with our Made in the USA electric water heater. He did a great job and is certainly the choice for repeat service. If we ever have an emergency again, they'll be the first folks that we call.

Spegal Plumbing, LLC responded to me very promptly and we were able to set up an appointment very easily. Once in the home, they got right to work and before I knew it the work was done. There was an electrical issue that prevented the newly installed disposal to not function, but it had nothing to do with the work that they performed. The installer said that he would not want to try to work on the electrical, because he was not licensed to do it and respects the "power" of electricity too much to even try. I appreciated this and did not have a problem with it at all. I did find the issue and disposal operates wonderfully!! I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by Spegal Plumbing and highly recommend them!!

Spegal contacted me the day after I purchased the water heater via Angie's List. (Special) The appointment was set. I had to postpone the original appointment and Mr. Spegal was very accommodating as he rescheduled for the next afternoon.. The tech/installer, Steve Hall, called 30 minutes before arriving and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He even let me know that a snake had come into the garage while he was doing the installation. (the snake has since left) We have our new water heater and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I would recommend Spegal Plumbing to anyone needing a new water heater or other plumbing needs.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased for $199. It was good. He didn't charge me for the garbage disposal. The leak was $85 and he said that he would call Angie's List and have them reimburse me because he didn't do that work. The work was good. I don't have a leak and the garbage disposal works.

Arrived on time. Very professional. Got right to work. Installed properly. Cleaned up and disposed of the old unit. New unit works great!

They did an excellent job. They even called me today to follow up to make sure everything was working okay. I was very happy with their services and would use them in the future.

It went fine. He installed it and everything work. He was kind of slow to get in contact with me.

The man from Spegal called and said he could actually be a little early, so that was great for me. He was extremely courteous and professional. I think it barely took him any time to do the actual disposal work...maybe 30-45 minutes? While he was doing that he noticed that the right hand side of the kitchen sink wasn't draining well, and actually worked on that for probably another 20-30 minutes for no charge. That's what I call customer service. I asked him about installing dishwashers. He said his company would actually have to charge $20-30 more than a mass-install place like Lowe's or Home Depot. I don't even care. When it's time to have that done we will be calling Spegal, because if they can fix a problem in my house that they weren't even called for, for free, I'm happy to throw the business their way.

From start to finish I was very pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. Brian called prior to the appointment, arrived as scheduled, performed the work in a very satisfactory manner, wore shoe covers to keep from tracking in dirt and cleaned up the work site when done. Brian was very personable and was focused on providing quality service and good value. I will certainly contact Spegal for any of my future plumbing needs and recommend their services to others. Glad I did business with Spegal!

I called Spegal on the evening of the 13th and left a message since it was after hours. Brian called me the next morning to tell me that he could come out that afternoon. That made me happy since our hot water needs were not being met. He asked me a few pertinent questions and showed up right on time. After assessing the problem he gave me all the options and left it up to me. He answered all my questions professionally, I made a decision and he had it fixed in a little over an hour. When he handed me the bill it was to the penny and what I really appreciated was the price he gave was a final, job done price. No surprises !! His warranty was good and he cleaned up after himself, and was totally professional from beginning to the end. Thanks Brian.

Might have included an offer to clean up around the old water heater, to complete my total satisfaction. The priced offer was fantastic through Angie's list coupon so can't really nit-pick. Was on time and very quick. Reviewed how to change the thermostat - I didn't know they had two that both had to be changed... Really nice guy. Removed old unit and done in less than one hour. Awesome!

I called Brian on 01/13/2014 to get a quote on replacing a gas water heater. I received the quote and the installation of the water heater on the same day! Brian was very helpful in explaining everything to me as I know nothing about water heaters. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.
