Great customer service from the beginning: Gave options if I wanted a repair or new. Options of me purchaseing new unit & they install or order unit from them. They had a special advertised brand but asked if there was a specific brand I preferred. No hesitation at all when I said Rheem (I had already checked online on unit price). Ordering unit added a week to installation but the overall cost was less than buying unit at big box store. Plumber showed up at scheduled time, verified work to be done and price. Went to work installing unit. Kept work area clean and cleaned up when he left. No more lukewarm baths!

This was an extremely difficult repair and despite several challenges Steve stuck with it, found an excellent solution, and we now have a working shower again, at a very fair price. Throughout the process he was extremely professional, knowledgable, and courteous. Based on this experience we would definitely use and recommend Spegal Plumbing.

Over the course of two visits, three of Spegal's plumbers worked at my home. All were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They installed a toilet and sink I had purchased from Home Depot for a half-bath. Also, I had two spigots on the outside of my home which were corroded and needed replacing. Both were replaced. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any plumbing needs.

Representative arrived 15 minutes late for 8:30 a.m. appointment, but was kind enough to phone ahead and let me know. Within 10 minutes of arrival, I had an estimate for the work -- $387.50 ? which is exactly what I was charged when the job was completed 4 hours later. Representative was friendly and professional. Only one small quibble: There was a bit of a mess; but in fairness, it was very dirty work (the old corroded cast-iron flanges on both toilets had to be chipped and scrapped away, and the representative was working in very tight quarters; my vintage 1960 bathrooms are quite small). Given these restraints, I expect the representative did the best he could to keep the mess from spreading and to cleanup afterwards. I was satisfied with the work and the pricing and would definitely employ Spegal Plumbing again.

The garbage disposer only cost $100 at Home Depot but I used them for the guarantee that if anything went wrong they would come out and fix it plus I wanted somebody with experience, I had new cabinets and I didn’t want any leaking and they did great.

Purchased a Big Deal from Spegal Plumbing for a new garbage disposal and installation. The plumber came to my house and diagnosed the problem as electrical and not with the disposal. Company offered me a full refund. Very happy with friendly professionalism.

Recently it became necessary to have our home repiped so we chose Spegal Plumbing to do the work. We were very pleased with the neatness and professional workmanship of the crew that did the work at our home. They were able to do the entire job in one long day. The owner, Bryan Spegal, came by the following morning and personally took a look at every new fitting and wanted to be sure we were completely happy. We assured him that we were very happy. We will be calling them in the near future when we remodel one of our bathrooms.
