+ -1 moreI called and spoke with the receptionist. She said that she would have someone call me to set up an appointment. There was a small communication error, because the technician showed up at my house while I was at work. I was unable to leave the office. He was able to do the irrigation line repair and check the outlets outside. I paid the receptionist over the phone. She apologized for not letting me know that David was coming over. Overall, the company was quick and efficient. I would recommend them and hire them again in the future.
Description of Work: David repaired a cut irrigation wire. He also checked two outlets and gave me an estimate on a future job.

Description of Work: I have used this company before, and they did a good job. I am giving this rating based on the recent installation of four outdoor security lights: | |1. I told them that some of the lights to be replaced were sagging. After they left, I was going to caulk, but noticed that the new installation still left gaps and were not flush to the ceiling. One gap was nearly 1/2". |2. They came back a little while later after I called, and they adjusted and offered to caulk the remaining lights. They partially caulked the remaining (What they could access) lights, I couldn't help but wonder why one wouldn't caulk outdoor lights to begin with. I would think that would be part of an outdoor light installation.

+ 0 moreFabulous! Loved working with Lars and Jeremy - they were so efficient and the job was completed without instance! Another great thing about this company is that they are excellent at keeping in touch with the client ... they were hung up a job prior to mine and called me several times to let me know progress and expected arrival time ... perfect and allowed me time to get some things done while I was waiting for their arrival! Bill was reasonable - they were here for quite a while! The best thing I LOVED was they never looked at any challenge as a challenge - they just did whatever was needed to make the repair successfully! Bonus, these guys do not smoke (which I am highly allergic to!) Call them, enjoy!
Description of Work: Removed a 133 lb. chandelier and installed a smaller chandelier, replaced four ballasts in my florescent kitchen lights.
