The movers were punctual and professional. They worked well as a team and got the job done very quickly. The company even sent extra men to help so that we would get the job done in the time allotted for our elevator AND they didn't charge us extra for the extra hands.

It couldn't have gone better. They had a large crew and were incredibly quick, professional and took great care of our belongings. I HIGHLY recommend them... and this is coming from someone who has moved a lot!

I appreciate the professionalism of Sebastian Moving: from returning calls, to scheduling and delivery with speed and care, they have my recommendation. I also had a wall mural to pack originally which was over 9 ft long and 5 ft wide, and they crafted a special wooden container for it. There was no damage at all. My pod was unpacked, other furniture transferred in about 4.5 hours. I hope not to move anytime soon, but, if it is necessary again, I will return to Sebastian Moving.

Amazingly easy. No stress. We had had a horrible experience with a prior move so we were very cautious with this move. Jamein met me prior to our move to provide a quote. He also can supply professional quality boxes if needed. I had explained our prior experience to him and he basically told me he hires "good people" who learn how to move. That paid off. I called prior to confirm the move just to make sure and everything was in order. They showed up rounded up a 3400+ sq ft house in just over an hour. They even helped us as we hadn't quite finished up packing it up yet. They packed it up drove 2+hrs to our new location and had it unloaded within an hour! Nothing broke! maybe one scratch on furniture but i can't confirm that was caused from the move. For a flat rate and an easy move I cant commend them enough for the quality service they provided! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

The labor was provided by Jason, Adrian and Timothy. These three young men arrived on time. They were polite, friendly and efficient. They did all the heavy lifting and toting, shrink-wrapped the furniture, made sure our television was securely wrapped, and they loaded the truck so that nothing shifted during the approximately three-hour drive to our destination, and they did all this in less than two hours. I would highly recommend their services without hesitation.

They were fast, careful, pleasant, helpful

Sebastian did a superb job. Jamin came to the house 1 month prior to the move and gave us a lump sum price for the move and the cost for the boxes and other packing materials. Prior to the actual day of the move, there were questions that came up about possibly storing items between the time that we moved out of our Apopka house and the time that we moved into our Lakeland house. Jamin was always responsive in answering our questions, and willing to work with us. As it turned out, we were able to close on both our Apopka and Lakeland houses on Friday, and move everything on the following Saturday. The men who did the actual moving were polite, professional, careful. They wasted no time. We had some large, heavy items, including a piano, 2 large table saws. All furniture was wrapped in plastic to protect it. We experienced absolutely no damage to any household items that Sebastian moved for us. I would recommend Sebastian to anyone planning a small or large move.

They were on time. Began work immediately and only stopped for lunch. These guys were great. They unloaded their truck plus the three full Pods. They worked proficiently with no damage to furniture or boxes. I have to say I was very impressed with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. And of course I would use them again. Great company !!!

The team (Mike is the only name I remember) Was extremely prompt, polite, courteous and professional. Both teamworkers were very outgoing and pleasant taking care of our items as though they were there own. Each item of furniture was wrapped carefully in saran wrap to protect from dust, dirt, and damage. They were very quick to finish the job, delivering and setting up everything as asked. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anybody needing a proficient moving team.

The team was amazing! While the package I bought included 2 movers, they actually came with three at no additional charge. I thought I would have to be at the initial location to get them started. Not so. They had called to confirm that they go to the location early. I confirmed with the owner of the objects if they could for which they were okay with that. The objects were wrapped tightly and on the truck within 15 minutes. They were able to get the items to the new location and unwrapped and placed in the exact spots I needed with no fuss. The team that came was polite and professional. At each process, they asked if it was how I wanted it and if there was any issues. The owner also called to confirm the initial process and confirmed that everything was okay when done. There was a small problem with installation that the owner addressed quickly and satisfactorily. My friend who saw how they worked was extremely impressed as well. We both would definitely use this service again, for small or large jobs.

They did a great job. I contacted Sebastian on Monday June 29. They agreed to do the move on Thursday July 2. They showed up on time with 2 men and a small truck, just the right size for the move. They wasted no time. They wrapped the furniture in plastic before they carried them to the truck. They wrapped the furniture in pads in the truck. They drove directly to Deland, taking the most direct route. The men were very cordial and business-like. Wasted not time. I plan to mnove from Apopka to Dade City in the future, and will definitely consider them for the move.

Movers showed up on time. Reviewed the layout to establish everything that had to be moved. Ask pertinent questions and were helpful, courteous and professional in every way. Packed and delivered the goods in the express manner we instructed. While I thought Sebastian Movers was a bit pricey, if I ever had to move again I would certainly request their services again.

Mr. Sebastian worked with me to accommodate my schedule, even though I had to change dates 3 times! I could not believe the professionalism and care that Alex and his helper gave my belongings even though this was such a small job. They literally hand carried each piece individually after shrink wrapping and covering each one. I highly recommend Sebastian Moving for any size job and will definitely use them again if I ever need a mover.

2 guys came to my house to pack up a POD since I was moving. the POD was only 16x7x7 and I really did not think my stuff would fit into the POD but these 2 young men, wrapped and packed everything so carefully and so efficiently that the POD held about 95% of my 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that I had lived in for almost 30 years. The rest fit into a 5 x 5 little storage unit. I was totally amazed at how efficiently, carefully, they worked. they did it in 4 hours and took no breaks. The owner also called several times to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction. Other companies could learn something from this company's customer service. I would hire them again (and plan to do so shortly to unpack my POD at my new place) in a heart beat.
