Description of Work: I called for an estimate on 2/4/10. They were to call in 1-2 days for a date to see roof. Appeared without calling first on 2-10-10. Couldn't do the kind of roof I had. Polite and friendly.

Description of Work: Provided an estimate to reroof my asphalt shingle roof; estimate was competitive with other contractors; they were not selected to complete the job because I had some major soffit / facia issues and they were not interested in removing and replacing them; only minor repairs.
