Description of Work: Called Richard to discuss some minor roofing issues I was having with broken tiles and some "mud packing" on the joins. Richard agreed to come and provide a quote, he assessed the works needed to be carried out and completed the job in a professional and timely manner. I would certainly recommend him and will definitely be utilizing his services in the future should the need arise.

Description of Work: Repaired leaks in roof and removed, replaced flashing, facia and soffit. Also installed new base sheet and eaves trim and installed modified membrane roof on areas removed.

Description of Work: We bought our home knowing their was a leak causing damage to the bedroom ceiling. We got 3 other bids and they were all over the place. Two were very high. I hired Rich Moriarity(general contracter) to look at the roof. He crawled around and looked inside. He then said I should hire Richard Smith who could repair the roof because it needed specialized treatment. We hired Richard Smith and couldn't be happier with their professionalism and the quality of work. So far no more leaking!

Description of Work: RD Smith responded promptly to request for estimate and started work the day he said.....even though it was very very cold that day! He also responded quickly to my request for a change to our initial agreement to add 3 skylights. Work was completed professionally within the week. The roof looks good, does not leak, and I love my new skylights!

Description of Work: Repaired two sections of the roof that was leaking. Removed rake tile and replaced fascia and damaged soffit and replaced tile. Sealed flashing to subroof with modified flashing rear of chimney.

Description of Work: Mr. Smith and his great crew, replaced 4 skylights, replaced a porch roof, including removing and replacing rooted wood from water damage and corrected a hurricane damaged mansford section of roof.
