PROMINENT CONSTRUCTION CO

The work got done, and in the end things turned out okay, but the process was maddening. George is very nice and professional, but he was not at the site on a daily basis. He often sent his son instead. As a consequence, work that some of the subcontractors did was not checked and problems occured. The drywall crew covered up an internet outlet and an electrical plug, which was not discovered by George at all. We found the problem after the flooring had gone down, the walls had been painted, and we were nearing completion. The electrical guys found the outlets when they came for final details, and the drywall had to be cut. An outlet for a ceiling fan was not centered in the room and had to be moved. The painters were the sloppiest people I have ever come across. I have given a review on them separately because I was so disappointed. I'm still finding drops of paint that they splattered on my wood floors. A wall had to be moved after it was put up because George did not remember that we had wanted a closet. Little consideration was given to the fact that we had to live in the space that was being worked in. I was the one who had to clean up the mess at the end of the day. They used my husband's tools and equipment throughout the process, which was irritating to my husband, and quite unprofessional. About the only positives were the flooring subcontractor, who did a fantastic job installing the wood floor, and the electrical guys, who did a great job.

THEY WERE DISAPPOINTING. THEY JUST LACK PRIDE AND WORKMANSHIP. THERE WAS JUST PAINT LEFT ON THE FLOOR. THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY JUST DIDN'T DO THINGS RIGHT.
