First let me say that when the work was done I was pleased with the final product. About an hour after they started in Jan. 18, I asked if the had the permit. They didn't have a permit, and that I didn't need a permit. Then ensured a three-month nightmare with my driveway torn up with this company attempting to get a permit. See first accompanying picture. They had no idea of the permitting process. First they applied and just submitted my survey without detailing the work to be done. At each glitch it was another 2-3 weeks of waiting. And after they got a permit and did the work, the city inspector made them resubmit as they had not accurately described in their original permit application, The work wasn't completed until mid-March. And during this 3-month period, all other work on my home stopped as no one else could access the property. During the work they broke the water main which caused the sidewalk to have to be replaced. I asked whether they would honor the Angie's list coupon, the response was that the coupon was no longer in force. I examined the coupon on Angie's list and there was no expiration date.

I liked the quick respond and that he knows and understands what hes talking about. The only opportunity for improvement was, I got my neighbor involved to reduce costs so he's getting his done as well, there was a explanation there would be a reduction of price by $100. It wasn't very clear because the price didn't decrease and it hasn't been explained if it had been applied or will be applied. They based it on the phone over a certain amount of square feet, so when we laid it out I haven't found out if that square feet is consistent with the $1500 price to see if I qualify for $100 discount because I brought my neighbor in or because my project is a bit bigger then that it just remained at 1500. To me the price is well within everything so I am not getting grumpy over $100 but if there would be any further explanation of the potential discount hasn't been explained. We had very positive interactive, they came out very quickly. They came out and I wasn't able to be there personally but I made some drawings and notes and between my wife and neighbor who meet with the team everything seems to be fine.

I received several quotes for the job. OrlandoDriveway was the only quote that included removal of tree roots and fixing any irrigation pipes that are busted during demolition - which is inevitable. They did exactly what they said they would. They ensured my sprinklers were in the same working condition as they were prior to construction. The job was completed on schedule and professionally. I recommend these guys.

There wasn't any cost to give the quote. They are prompt in getting to give us the quote. I would possibly use them in the future.

I went wonderfully. Michael called me soon after I asked for a quote and answered all of my questions. He was courteous, polite, and extremely professional. My driveway was removed and replaced in a timely manner. It looks fantastic. I would definitely do business with them again.

Horrible.....The contact and lack of have been going on with this company for at least 3-months. Given opportunities after opportunities just to get the job done by someone that is well established. It turns out that this company just gives lip service. I finally about 2-weeks ago allowed the Jr. owner to come out and do an estimate because I was told by the HOA I would be penalized if not done. They extended the time for Orlando Driveway. This guy never sent an estimate to me as promised by email. I really didn't expect it but was hopeful. I get a text message this week with more excuses. Today a girl called to see if was still interested. unbelievable. Still no written estimate. All I have is a verbal and a lot of lip service about getting the job done in one day. So disappointing. If you have someone that is reasonable, honest and can get the job done asap. Please advise me. Thanks!

They covered all the bases, I logged on to their site and asked for a quote request. Next Marcus called me and setup an appointment to meet with me and measure my driveway. He went into detail on the entire process and the price was lower than 2 other companies I asked previously. They had the driveway out and a new driveway in 3 days start to finish. They did ask for any money up front and it came with a 1 year warranty.
