Excellent Was on time Diagnosed and replaced part two days after calling

After calling around for 2 hours to receive the standard "We'll get to you next Wednesday" (it was Monday), a friend suggested we try Mr Appliance. I contacted the company, which is local. Jerry came out in about an hour and met me at the house over my lunch hour. He diagnosed the issue quickly, and had the parts on hand (thank up above, this could have been a disaster), finished up and was done before I could get the check written. Great job guys, we'll use you again and tell all our friends!

I called the corporate office and they confirmed that was not the hourly rate. We called another provider to do the work

I called Mr. Appliance based on the add in Angies list monthly guide for June 2015. My Kenmore washer kept getting an error code of F35 and Suds reading. After looking on-line I found several instances of the trap needing to be cleaned and called Mr. Appliance to have a service visit done at my house for the $79.95 to fix it. When the service technician called me back he said he knew what the issue was - it was a bad sensor and he would look up the cost to fix it. He called me back and said the labor was now $192 and the part over $200 plus tax. He never even took the time to come to my house and only wanted to sell me a part. I decided to go to home depot and get the right sized screw head so I could remove the screws from the front plate on the washer and sure enough it was the trap that was clogged that was causing the problem and no sensor needed to be fixed. Total cost was $1.49 and about 10 minutes of my time vs. the over $400+ the wanted to charge me which wouldn't have even fixed the issue.

The technician Antonio came to my home and was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I was amazed at the work he did on my refrigerator. They sent me a confirmation email and his photo before he arrived so I knew what he looked like instead of a complete stranger’s face at my door. He called prior to arriving and was on time. I highly recommend them and it is amazing how they treated me. I give them and A+.
