+ -1 moreRick was very punctual and polite. After he performed all the work mentioned above I asked him if had ever bowled on the Wii and he said he had not. I set the Wii for bowling and let him try it, he was very impressed and seemed to enjoy himself. Rick was a gentleman each time he visited my home.
Description of Work: Evaluated laptop for slow performance. Decided more memory was needed. Ordered memory and returned 2 days later to install. Also reconfigured wireless network for WEP and reset wireless key and router password.Reviewed TSRS - cleaneded up toolbar and non essential programs-defragmented laptop and desktop.

+ -1 moreRick is a very pleasant young man who obviously knows his business. I had a list of questions printed out for him based on my previous experiences (I am a serendipitous ''trial & error'' computer user so he generously wrote a response to each one of them for the future should I encounter similar problems. He also urged me to call him by phone for ''on the spot'' solutions to small computer problem and recommended some computer manuals that would be most helpful.
Description of Work: My computer was ''acting up'' and Rick walked me through a ''repair'' by phone but it didn't hold so he came to my house and in an hour and a half, restored it to perfect operating condition. Although he normally charges $70.00 per hour, he spent almost and hour and a half working on my computer and charged me for an hour.

+ -1 moreRick was very kind, non pushy and thorough. He went over and beyond the call of duty. He came to my house and I felt like he was part of the Family..REALLY! It is odd finding such a nice guy that is a Computer Guy! He is also expecting his second child!
Description of Work: Rick was wonderful. He is Meridian Computers. I don't know what he did, but he fixed my SICK computer that kept on turning itself off. The cursor was sticking and it was re-booting itself. Now I feel that everything is fine. No problems, (well at least not YET?). :)
