No A/C this time of year is a big deal. Terry was able to come the same day, quickly diagnose the problem and got it working again, including staying late to do so. He had all the parts needed for my specific unit, no second trip! He also advised other things that I can do myself to keep the drain in good shape. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

He was professional and courteous, and very helpful. He gave me lots of options, ranging in price and long term effects. He told me his honest opinion. He agreed that the unit needed to be replaced soon, so if I didn't have the money to do so, I shouldn't put a lot of money in the current unit. He took a lot of time with me explaining all my options and the prices of those options.

My freon levels kept leaking and Terry was very helpful in explaining the problem and the need to replace both handlers (my house was a short sale that sat empty for awhile w/o regular maintenance). My family also suffers from allergies, so it was very important to get a high quality system with a good air cleaning system. He described all the brands and was there overseeing his crew. The whole crew was very professional and neat. Terry explained how I needed to register my new system and I'm so glad that he did because when I had a problem with one of the air filtration systems, he was able to get it quickly replaced under my warranty and handled everything for me. He was very patient in explaining the operation of the new system and it has worked great!
