From quote to installation, the process was completely smooth and pleasant. Vanessa, the owner, was able to give us a quote on the phone for the measurements we had taken for the shower doors. We had a very tight timeline and Vanessa worked with us and met the deadline. Their prices are competitive and they were super nice to deal with. We highly recommend them and would hire them again.

These guys were real professionals! We are very satisfied with their service. Very reasonable. We replaced our MB shower doors and they came out and measured promptly. The first time around the glass was a little short so they offered to redo it at no cost. We then decided to get additional work done in the bathroom and they waited about 2 months till all our work was done to come in and install. No questions asked. Once they installed they did a stellar job. They even respond to questions on weekends. This is a great small business and very happy to support it!

Josue came out, was prompt and courteous - we went through a couple of scenarios and found the best solution - he helped select hardware for door and ordered. They kept in communication until doors came in and the installers were quick and efficient. They also helped by installing a sweep on a different shower door. Very nice people, curious and priced right.

Josh, Vanessa and their installers were all GREAT! Vanessa handles the business end of things, Josh did a truly professional and accurate job of measuring for the door, and the installers did a beautiful job. I had a minor leak under the door at first - something that is often found in these doors - but it was promptly corrected. I would absolutely hire them again and have already recommended them to multiple people.

JV Showers is an outstanding company to work with. From the first time I contacted them, Vanessa replied to every email on the same day and often within an hour. Their quote was one of the best we received and when we couldn't decide on the color for the fixtures, she ordered two sets so I could see in person what the difference would be. She stayed in touch with us throughout the process, they came on time to measure the openings and delivered the glass in the timeframe as originally promised. I'm always hesitant to give a deposit to a stranger, but they kept in contact with us afterward and delivered as promised. When the guys came to install the glass, they called first to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time and were both so very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job installing the glass and cleaning up afterward. We have absolutely nothing bad to say about the company or the staff or the process. It went smoothly from start to finish. We had some issues with installation and given our experience with other companies, we were not expecting much when we brought the issue up to the owners. I was floored by their response. Absolutely an amazing job. Came out and measured, explained exactly what was going to be done. Order was place and we were advised it would take 2 weeks to get the door. Door came in earlier, two gentlemen came out to install. Ran into a little issue with tile as home is 24 years old and first time shower door was being replaced by someone whom knew what they were doing. Fixed tile and were able to install the door, it looks amazing. Happy we found Josh and JV Showers and would highly recommend their services!

Very responsive via e-mail about my options and the price was very fair for a frameless door with 3/8 thickness. In fact much cheaper than a couple other quotes I got. I visited the showroom to do my homework and everything checked out regarding glass thickness, etc. Came out and did a measurement all the way on the other side of town where I lived and offered me options which the $725 was still a good quote. I liked that they didn’t try to up-sell me something higher. Put down a deposit and they ordered the glass. When It was was in, they arranged the job. Couple of guys that worked for the company did the install and it looks great. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.i should have done this a long time ago!

I must confess that the upgrade to an all glass shower door/enclosure was my wife's idea and was really not high on my priority list. Having said that, I could not be more pleased with the final result! The door looks terrific and is a really nice enhancement to our master bath. JV Shower Doors and More provided an outstanding product and a smooth, hassle free installation. Highly recommended!
