The company scheduled the work quickly. They arrived on time and got the job done promptly. The guys on the install team were respectful and answered our questions. We noticed a difference in the temperature of our house immediately. And, the price was right!

Came a day earlier than appointment (called first) and did a great job. I can tell a difference after just one day with the cooling in my house. Fast, easy, and right in the middle for pricing.

Very reliable company

I spoke to Travis on a Sunday and the crew was here the following Wednesday. The final price was what was quoted, which is a nice change from what has happened in the past with other contractors. He told me I would see an immediate difference, I was sceptical. He was right. I timed the a/c cycle that morning. It ran about every 25 minutes. I timed it again the following morning and sure enough, it is only running about once an hour. Pretty impressive. Dan and Alex, the crew, were very friendly and explained what they were going to do. I was really pleased with how well they cleaned up, too. Alex literally vacuumed the yard to get any pieces that had spilled while Dan made sure everything was returned to how it was before they started (he had to move some stuff to gain access to the attic). The whole experience was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend them

Travis did not clearly articulate times nor did he follow up. He was abrupt on the phone the day of installation. The gentlemen that did the work were very polite and professional. If it were not for Travis, this is 5 stars all the way.

Travis was on time & efficient. His machine broke and he rented one to be able to finish the job on time & as quoted. Work was finished in a timely manner & Travis was professional & friendly. I would recommend him to anyone who needs insulation work.

Travis is straight-up about his pricing. He gives you a quote before seeing the property to let you know what the ballpark figures are. Then, he researches the property and adjusts according to actual size figures. In my case, the before estimate and after didn't change but, it was good to know it could have and I wouldn't pay for what I didn't get. He's an honest man, a good country boy. I really liked the fact that Travis explained, with strong product knowledge, why he refuses to insulate with cellulose in Florida. I checked out his package and, he uses only name-brand, top-rated fiberglass insulation. He pumped in a ton of it for me and filled my attics to the brim. I believe the final layout was 12". Once Travis was done, my AC blew the coldest air ever, which tells me that the ducts weren't insulated, just as I thought. Well, they are snuggley and cold now. My AC has been running at 1/2 the amount of time prior to the blow in. He cleaned up after the job, too. THAT showed me a pride in service and a strong work ethic. I do wholeheartedly recommend Travis and his crew from Insulate It Solutions. I loved the way he got me involved in the install. "Come and see, before and after". Awesome service. Like-Like. He gave me great advice on further home insulation upgrades. Value Added.

Very nice techs that came out. Worked fast and took pictures before and after. Cleaned up the mess made on the floor inside. In and out!

Good Communicators and fast service. Could refine their detail around the access hatch opening to ensure insulation does not enter the house when opening/entering and having insulation fall into the living area. Overall good people/service.
