Harrison Masonry

I asked Mr. Harrison for a quote to install a brick face on my new garage. I sent him a drawing and a photo of the existing brick on the house (to match). He gave me a quote of $1,275. I asked if the brick would match the existing brick on the house and he said "exactly". I accepted his proposal. 3 days later he called to confirm my address and in the conversation he asked if the material was on site. I said no and asked if he had ordered it. He said that his quote did not include materials. I reminded him about his statement that it would match "exactly" and he said that the finished install would match the existing install not that he was furnishing materials. He said that I would have to buy the materials myself. Harrison might be a good guy and he may do good work but his business practices are terrible.

Repaired foundation and stuccoed

I believe that the general contractor who hired Mr. Harrison did not give him enough product to work with. I believe that Mr. Harrison was misinformed most times and was not treated fairly. I believe if his general contractor would have comunitcated with him, I would not have had the problems we did. Mr. Harrison made good on his clean up commitment. I would hire him for another project, however,I would have him be in charge of himself.
