Showed up when promised work would start, and finished fence in 2 days. Always answered any question promptly. Was a great painless install. Would recommend to anyone considering a fence in Central Florida.

Wen well. Fence was done in a day. It was really hot, so it took a little longer, but was still done by 4.

Everything went A-OK. Gifford Fence Company did a fantastic job on the fence, the deck floor and the stair risers. On a scale of 1-10, they are an absolute 20!! Will definitely call them again and refer them to people.

Called to get estimate and they set date and time and showed up on time. They reviewed the project, gave estimate for cost and date to complete. Once we decided, we let them know we would like+ to move forward. They came on the day promised and completed the work. It was fast and no mess was left behind. After the job complete there were two issues. One end of the fence was lower, on a down slope and did not look good. I called and left voice mail with Jerry. He called back promptly. He said the guys would come back later that day to correct. They showed up a few hours later and quickly fixed the issue. The second issue was with the locks. You have key to lock them on both sides, inside and outside. Problem is that the only side that really locks the fence is the outside. Send email to Jerry to explain the issue. He explained that that is the standard locks that come with the fence. There is more expense locks that truly lock from both sides. We talk about options and cost, back and forth via email. He gave me the options and cost and I told him I would get back to him. Later I got email from Jerry that they would replace the locks free of charge. The guy was out there the same day and quickly changed out the locks. Wife is really happy now. Only thing I can say is that the workmanship is great, the execution was great and the Service is even better. Companies can do great work, but its how they work thru issues that makes them exceptional. If you ever need a fence done, you HAVE to pick Gifford Fence, they are the best.

When I read the information on their website, I knew I wanted to use them to install our fence. Jerry Gifford came out to the house to do the measurements and gave me an estimate right then. His estimate happened to be the lowest. The guys who installed the fence, were highly skilled and professional. When they arrived, they immediately went to work and finished in two days. I highly recommend them!

Jerry provided an estimate for our new home's fence that we were going to install. I bid out the job to 2 other companies and his bid was the lowest. He was on time to our initial consultation appointment and was very professional. He was also very knowledgeable about pool codes and the permitting requirements. He quickly provided the quote through email and after receiving the other 2 companies quotes we decided to go with him. His installers were also very professional and courteous throughout the entire installation. We had a great experience with Gifford Fence Company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a fence.

Jerry, James, and team were fantastic. Jerry was extremely responsive to my request for an estimate and took care of the entire permitting process. James and crew showed up on time and did great work. They were friendly and trustworthy and cared about doing a good job. They worked quickly and our new fence looks beautiful. Constructed a fence around our property with two self closing gates.

Gifford Fence Company did an absolutely fantastic job for us. Jerry came out the next day to review what we wanted and to go over all of our options. We were initially very concerned that no company would agree to just put up the 72 linear feet of fencing that we needed to just define the space between our yard and our neighbors. Jerry assured us that it was not a problem for Gifford Fencing to do the job. We were thrilled when he said that they could even haul away the old fencing for just a nominal charge. Jerry's crew arrived exactly at the time we had scheduled, and the final price was what were quoted to the penny. The fence looks AWESOME, and it totally changed the look of our back yard. Gifford Fence Company did an excellent job, and we highly recommend them.

These guys did a great job. Initial response was prompt and the measurements and estimates provided. Work was performed as scheduled with no surprises regarding time, date, price, permit, materials and workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They did an AWESOME job! Our backyard is extremely uneven with hills and trenches but they made the installation look easy and the fence looks like it came with the property. They are professional and did everything EXACTLY as they promised. At the end of the job, they even took money OFF of the bill because they didn't use all the materials they had ready. We've NEVER had a company do that. We had several bids and people out but they were far and away the most professional. They weren't the lowest bid but we have no question we received the best VALUE for our money. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to all of our friends. Great company - great people!!

This Company must be out of business. No response after trying to contact for service work. Disappointing!!!!!

Jerry was on time for the estimate appointment and was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He gave me a reasonable estimate for the work and I was going to hire his company . The problem arose with a few simple, routine questions which I emailed him with. He never responded to my 2 emails with the information, though I know he had my email address. I had even called him and let him know that I had sent the emails.

We chose Gifford Fence from three of the top rated local fence companies on Angie's List, one of which I reviewed previously in this space. With the Angie's List discount, Gifford Fence beat everyone else's price and they came through in the quality department. The Giffords handled our project from estimate, to permit to final inspection. They built exactly the fence we wanted, by hand on-site, nothing pre-assembled. When there were a couple of tweaks I requested, Jerry Gifford was very responsive and they were taken care of the following day. Everyone in the neighborhood remarks on how the fence has improved our property. Gifford provided us with quality service and great communication. They were punctual, professional and competitively priced. I highly recommend this family-owned company.

This is an addendum to our review on 12 December 2014. One of our boards on the fence was warping and had started to come loose from the main fence. We emailed Jerry Gifford and he came out and replaced the board himself. This type of customer service response is what makes us recommend his company for any fence work a homeowner requires.

It looks great and I would definitely use Gifford Fencing again.

We searched on Angie's list for 5 contractors and asked for estimates and quotes from all of them. This fence was important to us because without it we could not move into this new home with our animals. Two contractors looked at the project and stated it was beyond their capabilities, Three other contractors gave us quotes and two were exactly the same but we decided to go with Gifford Fence Company. Our reason was the Giffords? themselves both Father and son. The father came out and gave us a quote and just seemed more knowledgeable than the other 2 contractors. The son on the other hand was professional, communicative and supportive. His customer service credentials were far better than many contractors we have had to deal with. The team that came out was professional and hard working. We were rained out the first day which delayed our start but they stayed until that Saturday to complete the installation. In my experience of fence building and contractors in general I would say that Gifford Fence company was by far the best company to deal with and get a project completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a one of a kind fence built and professionally installed.

Jerry and his crew were wonderful! They kept in contact with me to let me know what was happening and when, have me an install date within a week and only took one day to do the project! Very professional and affordable! My dog is a happy camper!!

Mr. Gifford's father came to my home on a Saturday to review my fencing needs. During our discussion he told me the material they normally used to construct aluminum picket fences. The material mentioned was inferior to material I wanted and I asked him if his company would consider using the brand I liked to install the 350 feet of fencing I wanted. I never heard back from them

They were on time for the quote and provided their advice on what size the gate should be. They provided a quote that was lower than other installers. Gifford Fencing was very professional during the process and were not pushy. They took care of everything including the permit. On the day of installation, they were efficient and cleaned the work area when the work was completed. The representative showed me how the gate functioned and was very courteous. I would definitely use Gifford Fencing again!

Originally when I had reached out to Jerry to schedule the work he had shared that his schedule was booked several weeks out and he would perform the work in May. I had shared that I would be ready earlier if he had availability. He kept us in mind and was able to move the job up several weeks and complete it exactly when we wanted it done. He arrived a day before the job was to begin and dropped off the supplies and he and his crew started work at 7:30 AM the following day. They worked throughout the day dealing with the very uneven terrain and root filled property perimeter and set all posts, top rails and tension lines. The following day they complete the fence installation by hanging the fabric and installing the gates. Jerry communicated excellently via email regarding the quoting of the work and for some minor work that would be finished the next day. This is the second fence Gifford Fence Company has installed for me and both jobs have been done with excellent workmanship and an excellent crew.
