Evergreen Lawn & Pest Control

They sprayed twice. I told them I no longer needed their service. They said I signed a years contract, which I did not sign anything. Now they are charging me for the entire year. Also, they changed the price. It started at $45 a month and now its $55 and they want me to pay in advance saying I canceled a years worth of service.They also sent em a notice it is going to collection in ten days for the entire amount. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and want to warn other members of their tactics.

Chris Korza is just the best! We are very appreciative of all the effort he puts into making our St. Augustine grass look fabulous and keeping our ornamental shrubs disease-free. Even our next door neighbor commented on what a good job he does!! Chris takes the time to inspect the area and apply the needed treatment. He uses both systemic and contact products to produce outstanding results. What we like best is his personal and sincere concern he shows for our property. You just don't see that too much any more. When he has completed his work he writes a summary of services performed for that day and offers suggestions as to what we may need to change or do according to the season or the issue at hand. Both my husband and I look forward to Chris's visits and rate him the highest amongst all our service providers.

Chris - let me know what he was going to do before he did it - let me know about weeds that appear in the summer and what he was going to put down to take care of - and informed me they would again apply in the fall.. Chris is an awesome worker....

Been serviced only a few months so far but company has been very informative and helpful. They were a bit more expensive than prior provider but may be worth it in the long run. We will be watching to see how our yard fares going forward. We are used to having one of the best yards in the neighborhood. Evergreen has been excellent so far. Time will tell. Thank you, Evergreen, for your attention to detail!

The service was fine and the workers were good. They do a very good job. Our lawn has been in a much better condition since we started using them.

I have to say when my husband got this service I was alittle hesitant to see how it was going to make a difference for our lawn. Now that we've had a few services I am amazed at how much better out lawn looks. It's greener and healthier looking; and not to mention I've noticed a huge difference in the amount of creepy crawly things. I have to say I am very happy with our decision to get these services and our tech Klint is super thorough and always very nice to talk to. He actually saw the creepy crawly bugs on our shrubs and recommended an additional service to help keep them away. Jonathan went way beyond what was required of him - way beyond!! I am not surprised that Evergreen is a continually growing company. If all their employees are even close to Jonathan they will soon become the leading provider of lawn care in Central Florida. Hopefully, his supervisor will see that Jonathan gets an immediate raise. It is employees like Jonathan that build the business and attract more customers. I have always recommended Evergreen and will do so even more enthusiastically in the future. Thanks Jonathan!!

They are on time, very pleasant to work with, and reliable. If you have a problem their customer service is excellent. Al, our service technician, is the best.

Since service began in march our lawn has declined. We now have a brown patch fungus and it looks awful. First few treatments they told us we need to water more. Now they claim we are watering too much which has caused the fungus to takeover the lawn when in fact our irrigation hasn't run in months. And the weeds are awful, more than before. They produce one excuse after another, and after all discussion about the watering too much, they send a new tech out to treat, and he tells us again to stop watering tpo much. Frustrating experience and expensive lesson.

One of their techs was here over the weekend to do my quarterly shrubbery fertilization and pest control. Right before he left he apparently noticed my driveway and sidewalks and walkway to the house were covered with branches, acorns, etc. my yard service always cleans this up but this was an off week for them. So, before he left, the tech took it upon himself to blow all the debris off my driveway and sidewalks. Wow - only a super company does that!

Evergreen has always performed their work in a very professional manner. The technician spends the time needed to fully attend to all my lawn and shrubbery and leaves me a note with any issues or concerns. I would highly recommend Evergreen to anyone wanting a beautiful lawn.

This is a good lawn care service provider. Have had a few in the past and not so good. Evergreen is great. They come on schedule as told to us when we signed up and keep the grass green and healthy. I always talk to the service person - in this case William - and he tells me what he is doing and what to expect. He also volunteers any information that I ask about the lawn or other, in this case a tree. We did not know we had a Bird-of-Paradise plant in our yard. Thought it was a banana plant. Who knew. William did. We'll keep it. Also like the insect care that they provide. Keeps us free from bugs and they return as needed and are right there when needed. We are in Saint Cloud, FL so we are somewhat out of the way. Chris is very helpful. Great service and would recommend it to anyone.

Al has been taking care of my lawn for over a year (Evergreen Lawn Svc) & my lawn was never been in such good shape. This is a tremendous, professional, outstanding company & so are all their employees.

Technician Albert Howard always does excellent job. Everything is clean when finished. Very professional and affable. Results are good. He listens to our needs and responds appropriately and accordingly.

I have been through several different lawn service companies. Evergreen has been the best by far. My lawn technician Chris has always checked with me about any issues and leaves written details about the service and what to do for assistance. My lawn has never looked better.

The representative came and explained all of it to us, each service they offered. We chose the lawn care and the house care. The house was done first, on time and with a minimum amount of interruption. The Lawn was done next by a separate service person and with a minimum amount of interruption. Both services were handled professionally and performed as should be. We have had services before and this was just as good or better than others. Will be using them for the foreseeable future and keep updating. I did think that pricing was a bit high but you get what you pay for. They did what they said they would do and they did it very well.

Evergreen provides prompt, regular service to keep my lawn looking top notch. Should a problem ever arise, I just call them and in day or two they are out to deal with it. Couldn't be happier.

I was impressed when I came home about a week after buying their service to find three Evergreen employees standing in my front yard evaluating my lawn. They all seem very knowledgeable and took time to evaluate areas of shade in the yard as well as the irrigation system coverage. This is our first time having lawn fertilization treatments so I have not priced other companies that offer similar services.

The technician is very professional. My husband is very pleased with their services. We had quotes fro a few companies and chose evergreen because the salesperson was very informative and not pushy.

good. I have to continue to call about weeds. When I do they come out and take care of it. My lawn looks the best and most filled out as it ever has. I've been disappointed by many other providers. I am sticking with Evergreen.

After some initial communications, we are getting good routine service from them. We are happy with how our yard looks. They do not try to constantly upsell services which is nice.
