At my new residence, I wanted the same company for all services but they were not able to provide my home with termite protection. Had they been able to provide that service, I would have continued working with them.

Description of Work: Our grass was horrible. We have gotten letters from HOA a couple of times. Tried different lawn services, they could not help us but this company brought our grass back to life. No lie ! They obviously know what they are doing. I will never use another company. They hsd an A rating thsts whyI chose this company. We are very proud of our lawn again.

Description of Work: I use them for lawn and shrub fertilizer and pest control. It is a little early to tell about some of the weeds but I am sure I will have a better outcome then all of the larger companies that I have used over the years.

Description of Work: The guy who came out to give us the estimate for fertilizing our lawn and shrubs was very knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns about the yard and was helpful. Since they they have come by to do the first services and the lawn looks great.

Description of Work: I called them recently to do some lawn care maintenance for me. I even called a few years ago for this work too. They guy did come out to the house thinking that I needed some pest control treatments done, but I needed lawn care work done. He was very nice and left me a brochure and a folder if I needed them in the future.

Description of Work: In March, while walking my dogs around our neighborhood, I noticed 4 to 5 exceptionally beautiful lawns - they really stood out. I asked my neighbors who their lawn spray company was and they all said Evergreen. Was so frustrated with my current lawn company ( one of 5 I had since 1997) so gave Evergreen a call. It was like the difference in night and day! Their consultant, Fred, came out to measure my lawn and note all the problems I was having. The sedge grass was so bad in my back yard I honestly thought I was going to have to re-sod the entire area. He was very polite and professional and gave me a real sense of trust and security that Evergreen could fix my lawn and restore it to what it once was. In addition to their regular service he told me I would need 3 intense sedge treatments (costs extra) to get started. I signed up immediately. I was called immediately by the front office welcoming me to the Evergreen family. The next day, William , the district supervisor, came out to do my first sedge treatment. He was as nice and professional as Fred. I have had the 3 sedge treatments now (all byWilliam) and was introduced to Albert, who will be my regular tech from now on. Al was super nice and explained what he would be doing, etc. I am always called the day before a treatment ( unlike my other companies who would just show up at random) and, at my request, they do not leave a hanger on the door, but email me my bill along with what treatment I had and all applicable notes on my lawn. In just 6 weeks my lawn looks beautiful. It is so GREEN and the sedge is gone. My bare spots are filling in - I just couldn't be happier! An added note, one of my neighbors used to own and run a very successful lawn service company in this area. He retired and sold his business and he uses Evergreen. Can't get a much better recommendation than that!

Description of Work: We just started using them, so the effects of the service is not appropriate yet. However, they are very friendly, punctual and so far the experience has been A+++++. I will post again once I see if the product is valuable.
