+ 0 moreI had originally called someone from Home Advisor. They had sent someone that tried to scare me into getting a New Central AC. I then went on to your site and found Mr. Allan Simpson. I told him that I needed a second opinion and asked about service fees. He said that it was on his way and will call me 30 minutes before arriving. He was prompt and courteous. He found the problem and fixed it. I did not need a New Central AC and he gave me an excellent price. Mr. Simpson is very honest, professional and intelligent. He is not out to rip you off. He is not money hungry and cares about his reputation. As a matter of fact, I had to remind him to bill me. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: He put in a new fan and capacitor to my Central Air Conditioner.

Description of Work: They had installed new unit over a year ago and did a great job at a great price. Alan had come to the house to check our ducts for us for free. Quite a few of us have used their sevices where I work and we have all be extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. The guy came in, he did the job, he told me what was going on, he kept me up to speed and he got done when he said he would. They worked great for me. It was right on time. Everything was perfect. I was happy.
