Could not ask for better service. He fit me in on short notice. Honored the price he told me even though it was a little more work. Did a fantastic job with my carpet. But most importantly he was honest, thoughtful and did everything he could to help me. I would highly recommend this company. They are fantastic people.

Douglas installed laminate flooring in our kitchen and laundry room. We were very pleased with the way he answered all questions, returned phone calls in a timely manner and we were extremely please with the workmanship of the installation. We would recommend Douglas to anyone needing this service.

Doug takes the time to do the job right. When he was ready to start and realized I had purchased natural stone tile he postponed the job until he could get special quick-set cement which is required for that product. He suggested a marble slab threshold for the bath room entrance which gives the job a classy appearance. He obtained it and charged me for it. The price shown in this review includes that slab. Doug and his partner also recommended 1/8th inch grout lines which look much classier than the 3/8th inch lines in the other tile work throughout my house.

.I had 14 year old carpet, in good shape, but with carpet ripples in all the rooms of my house. I wanted to extend the life of my carpet by getting it professionally stretched. I called three carpet stretchers to get a quote. Douglas was 50% more than the lowest quote. The reason I selected Douglas was that when he was here to inspect my carpet, there was no doubt that he was the most knowledgable. He was the only one who actually got down on the carpet and lifted the carpet in a couple of areas to inspect the carpet and see where the seams were. You could see that he was figuring out how to stretch the carpet with the best results and least seams. The other stretchers, just walked around looking at the carpet. He showed up on time with an assistant and stretched my carpet in a very professional manner. You could tell that a lifetime of carpet installation/stretching experience equiped him to get the job done right. Douglas and assistant were very friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend and use him for any flooring installation needs in the future

I had carpet that I needed installed. He call back and set up time to give me a quote. He was punctual and I felt price was fair. He installed carpet when he promised, no problems.

DJs Installation was prompt and courteous and accommodated my need to get the carpet restretched in my playroom area as quickly as possible. Extremely professional and I felt their prices were fair and competitive based on the other quotes I received.

Doug actually saved me some money letting me know the person who previously measured my home for carpet over measured. Moved the furniture very gently like it was his own. Douglas was the third contractor we met with to fix damaged areas on our hardwood floors created by our dog. Everyone else told us it couldn't be done and turned down the job. He assured us that he could make the floors look good so we can list our house on the market. arrived early and worked all day with 2 helpers. I had to purchase glue and additional flooring ahead of time but he used leftover glue he had so I could return what I bought. he worked efficiently so I could return unopened boxes of flooring. we are moving to another house that will need new floors and plan to contact him to tear up the tile and put down laminate.

From start to finish, Doug has been a pleasure to deal with. 100% responsive, he'll text you right back, whether you're coming in as a new customer, or asking some follow up questions. He started the job on the day that was promised, and, what's more rare, finished the job even before the day that was promised. The quality was great, the attitude was even better. The advice that was given ended up being quite valuable. Will definitely use them in the future!

They were good. My experience with them went well. They were on time and did a good job. Some of the work wasn't done right. They came back and did it right away.

Doug was fantastic! I originally wanted to have the carpet installed into 2 of our rooms and Doug suggested the binding so we would ruin our tile floors, as they could be an asset when we sell our home. He was profession, very knowledgeable, and saved us some money that we were going to spend with him! I would recommend him to anyone who needs anything carpet related. I will use him in our next house if we need to replace carpet!

DJ's called on the day of installation to make the time earlier as an earlier delivery that morning was cancelled. The workmen spread tarps over my floors. DJ's explained what they were going to do. They measured my doorways and checked to see whether it was easier to bring the appliances through my garage or front door. They then removed the old range and microwave oven / range hood. They inspected the outside vent for the range to make sure that it was not clogged. They then installed the new microwave oven / range hood and tested both the ventilation fan and then the microwave functions. DJ's then went over the use of the new microwave oven / range hood with me. They then installed the new range and tested the burners and the oven. They then went over the use of the new range with me. After this, they cleaned up the work area. DJ's gave me their business card and cell phone number to call them if I had any problems. I used DJ's for the seven appliance installations in 2013 at two homes. Obviously, if I have used them seven times, I am very happy with them. Every time, DJ's workmen were extremely professional and very nice. I will use them again without hesitation if I need an appliance delivered and installed.

We made the appointment over the phone based on reviews from Angie's List. We purchased the carpet from a Home Improvement store, but they were not able to install for DAYS! Doug was so responsive to our tight schedule. We closed on a house on Wednesday, the carpet was installed on Thursday, and our renters were able to move in on Friday. He is a competent and experienced professional. His expertise saved us money on the amount of carpet needed to be purchased. He is very personable. They never returned our phone calls

Contacted DJ 's on Friday afternoon, set an appointment for the next day, Saturday morning. DJ arrived on time, discussed my requirements and gave me a very reasonable estimate to complete the work. Workmanship was outstanding, carpet looked new after service. DJ also recommended some tips for maintaining my carpets in the future. I recently had a leak in my dining room that damaged the drywall and hardwood. My current contractor has removed the hardwood and is in the process of completing the repair. DJ took a look at the cut out hardwood area and provided me some tips on steps my contractor should take to ensure the hardwood is re-installed professionally. I truly appreciated this feedback as my contractor is not a professional flooring installer. Very competitve price with no minimum for a small job. Other companies I contacted had a $250.00 minimum fee. I highly recommend DJ's and will defnitely use them again should the need arise.

I called DJ's and discussed the problem on the phone and scheduled an appointment to have the repair done. He was on time, performed an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend! This has been one of the best experiences I have had with a local contractor.

Carpet was not installed properly the first time. Was not even secured on 2 walls in the living room and consequentiality always did not look right. Looked up carpeting on Angie's list and got a recommendation from a carpet company in our area. The installer called a professional carpet cleaner and made the arrangements to have the carpets cleaned the same day, saved me from moving the furniture again. Very neat, clean and professional job!
