I would not recommend using this company. I purchased a cat safety plexiglass wall for my loft in my home. From the initial interaction, I should've known the product was not going to work. First, the merchant initially recommended a wall that had a very large gap underneath which would easily allow cats to slip through. I mentioned this concern, and a different wall was recommended. I received the wall, and there were multiple issues. First, there were no instructions provided, when the written agreement stated instructions would be provided. Apparently for the cat walls, no instructions have been created yet. This was confirmed via text message. Second, one plexiglass panel was damaged, while the another was cut approximately an inch shorter than the others. Thankfully the merchant replaced these 2 panels. Third, the merchant measured the plexiglass wall to where there would be a large gap between the last post and the drywall, again allowing for a cat to slip through. The merchant stated he designed it that way due to not wanting to hit some joist. However, again he must not understand that cats can get through large gaps. I had to have my handyman readjust the entire wall to try and close this gap, costing several hours of additional time. We hit no joist, so I do not understand why this was ever a concern. After finally getting the wall installed, my cats easily got around it, as he designed it where a cat can simply walk around the wall. This should've never been possible, as this company advertises that they create safety walls. I do not think the owner has a cat and therefore does not understand the areas that need to be blocked off to prevent huge falls from a loft to the bottom floor. I text the merchant about this, and he contacted his other customers who purchased the cat wall, and they have the exact same issue. If all the other customers have this problem, why is it not being addressed? The merchant then recommended I purchase plastic cat-friendly spikes from Amazon to deter the cats from walking around the wall. This completely defeats the purpose of a $1,800 wall. I disputed this charge with my bank which is a work in progress, as there is a breached contract regarding the instructions, and a large flaw in safety. The bank did inform me they don't have any grounds for legal action, so I might have to go through small claims court as a next step due to the breach in the contract.

On time. Installed gate at top and bottom of stairs without drilling into wall. Used brackets made from wood that were painted the same color as my railing. Looks great. Would recommend.

Robert and Sandy are one of the only home child proofing companies in Central Florida that I could find. They are the owners and were very knowledgeable about child safety and products for my home. They had everything I wanted and installed immediately after the consultation. And that was great considering it was a Saturday. They are a great company to deal with and are going to have them install my pool security fence. I will recommend them to everyone for there prompt service and workmanship.
