Description of Work: Our AC went out on Saturday. On Sunday we called for service. Within 30 minutes we received a call and the technician walked us through The problem and the solution we could fix ourselves. This saved us time and money and we will always call Certified AC for all our future needs for our home and our children's homes. Thank you Certified!

+ -1 moreA/C stopped working Sunday night, they were able to get out next morning and found it had frozen up. He got it thawed and checked out, getting the machine set to factory specs. He gave us good advice on how to keep the filter and machine cleaned and where to get the filters we needed. Explained all costs before he proceeded and took care of the problems without going over the estimates.
Description of Work: A/C had stopped working. Came the next day got things inspected and diagnosed. Was very professional and helpful in getting the system up and running and giving info on how to get supplies to keep it in good order.

+ -1 moreFirst of all, they are prompt and thorough. What's interesting is that they explain everything; they let you know exactly what they are doing. They aren't exactly cheap, but the work is thorough. The quality of the work seemed fine to me. They explained everything that was occurring. Their responsiveness was immediate. They were really pretty good.
