After being lied to by other companies with missed install dates and mid quoting equipment sizes etc etc. Typical bait and up charge switch for my 8000sq downtown orlando machine shop. Care n Comfort not only delivered the correct machines. Performed what I cal only say was in awesome installation but when it came time to pay them - the bill was LESS then he quoted ! Outstanding - I would call no one else

I really appreciated the super nice technician who took the time to explain and educate what the lightening surge damaged and how it affected the unit. He did such a good job that I now plan to have this business complete an a/c tune-up.

First to respond, very professional, very knowledgeable, narrow selection of equipment and may not be able to get what i wanted due to availability and demand. Gave allowance for COVID virus and supply chain beyond their control. Price was the highest of all, however they said they would meet or beat competition. Simply put went with competitor that had product in stock, better price and included UV light installed in air handler. I found my AC company on my own own from local TV add.

Friday evening the AC stopped working, we request a quote and within 30 minutes, Eduardo messaged and stated he can be at our home first thing in the morning. 9 am Eduardo was here checked out the unit and we knew more than likely the unit would have to be replaced. By 12:30pm he was back removing the old unit and installing the new one. Eduardo was very nice, knowledgable and his work was flawless. His wife Fabiola was also incredible with handling the permitting and inspection and making sure everything went smooth. Inspector stated installation was perfect! We have already referred them!

In a time where it is very difficult to find a reputable company that stands behind their work, and their word, Mr. Eduardo Arroyo Aguilar has surpassed my expectations and has chiseled away at my skepticism. He not only answered the barrage of questions imposed at him, he patiently walked me through the process of his work. He was honest, not trying to sell us a new unit, but giving us the financial option to replace versus a repair repair. He was methodical, in every aspect of the install, very knowledgeable and proficient. This review is not complete without the mention of his wife Fabiola. She efficiently handled the permits and the scheduling. Kept in contact with us every step of the way. We will be retaining Eduardo to maintain our A/C. He has our complete trust. Thank you both!

Eduardo was very prompt, super courteous and very honest. Didn't try to charge me for anything I didn't need and was very thorough with his cleanings on our two AC units and air handlers. Very nice guy too!
