Bordeau Plumbing

This company replumbed a prior home for me as well as a few other service calls over the years. I have always been treated right, had great service, and will use them again. Today they sent out Jesus the serviceman was professional, wore booties to not track dirt through the house, and did not leave until the problem was solved. I’m glad i called because although I am very skilled at DIY repairs this was above my head.

Sent a plumber out who didn't seem to have the correct tools and knowledge. He found the leak in my wall and stopped the leak by folding a piece of plastic around some pipes. It stopped the leak. I had a second plumber come out because I thought it was still leaking. This second plumber said that it was not fixed correctly. He sent an email to bordeau plumbing with a picture saying it was faulty. They did come out after this request and fixed it properly. But if it was not for the second plumber I would not have know the plumbing was faulty and would not have held up.

We needed water valves installed at our place of business in order to test our products. Bordeau Plumbing was on time and provided professional service. We also at the time had a backed up sewer that they were able to clear with their sewer machine. They gave me a 1 year warranty on the work and were reasonable on the costs. I would highly recommend them in the future, and they will be my plumber for any needs that may come up.

They were super late and I had to call 2 times to get a response to see if they were coming. We thought that they did good work, until we called them back to unclog our kitchen sink ($200). Within a few days another contractor installing our water filtration system said that we had a huge leak under the house. We called Bordeua's One Stop Plumbing to come back since the leak was from the Laundry drain pipe they installed weeks or so before. The plumber let us know that they never connected the drain pipe to the septic system and all the laundry water had been pouring out under our house. They fixed the problem. Recently I though I would give them one more try as I invited them to bid on the plumbing for replacing the old pipes in the kitchen for our jitchen remodel. They sent someone out 4 weeks ago to give us an estimate. He left and said it would be emailed to us. I called a week later and was given the run around. After calling 3 times over the past 3 weeks, I still have no estimate and many promises that someone will call me back. We have since permanently moved on to a plumber that is very reliable in our area.
