Description of Work: Our freezer "died". Randy Centorani promptly returned my phone call and an appointment was set. He was prompt, personable and very professional! Would DEFINITELY hire again!

+ -1 moreI called several other companies, every single one required I leave a voice message and the return calls took anywhere from 3 hours to overnight. In my opinion, if one has a business, one should answer the phone. But that's just me... Randy at Appliance Service USA answered the phone right away, was friendly, and we set a time for a repair visit next day. He was able to come early due to a cancelled appointment, and showed up exactly on time. The repair was simple, took about 30 minutes, and he was incredibly informative and helpful. And honest. He could have charged for a serious repair and I would never have known, but he explained how the machine needed a simple reset and got it working in minutes. He charged only part of what he would normally, guaranteed what he'd done for 30 days, and was on his way. What a great service. Excellent company, and excellent owner.
