Only had for two weeks. Heater fit dryer went out. They cane out that day and replaced dryer heater for free.

Very well! I was able to get an appointment very quickly, they communicated very well about when to expect the repairman & the repairman showed up on time & was very polite & knowledgable about what was needed.

No good. Needed a new motor and opted to purchase a new machine

The experienced gentleman from Apopka appliance said possibly my problem could be fixed easily by myself. He said he’s happy to help me but it might not need to come out. He instructed me to turn off the refrigerator for 24 hours. He also gave me instructions to put all the frozen items in the refrigerator to keep cold the refrigerator items. I did this as he suggested, And it worked beautifully. My refrigerator is running fine now. When I called him back to thank him he said “It’s not always about the money it’s about the service”. I know the other business I called could’ve told me the same thing. In fact I was certain he could’ve told me more than he did. So I’d like to give a big thank you to Apopka appliance for their honesty and their true service. Next time I’ll call them first!

The owner sent a technician to my house on the same day as my call even though I was out of their normal service area. The technician was prompt, courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. He wasn't able to repair the washer but explained why. I wasn't charged for the visit. I appreciated the fact that they sent a technician out on his day off because he lived in my general area. I would certainly use them again. You don't get service like this anymore.

no problems,apopka appliances contacted me, set up a day and time.took about 40 mins to fix.tested appliance and is now back to working as it should.

He was not able to fix my refrigerator - needed to replace it with a new one. However, he came very promptly, was very professional and would definately recommend him.

Tried to repair, but couldn't. They were late day of repair, when they need to come back next day they never showed up or called. When I went to the office to pick up insurance letter, employee used profanity.

My drier was making lots of noise... I was in the middle of a lot of laundry and had a mission. I called Apopka Appliance Repair and HE ANSWERED!! I was able to talk to him and explain what was happening. He came by my home on his way home and fixed my drier!! In 45 minutes I was back to finishing my laundry. I was so happy and amazed that humans still answer phones! I will definitely call him again. Very nice and remained professional.

Not only were they able to make a service call on the same day as my phone call, but they were prompt, professional, and honest! Nice to know there are still reliable, honest people out there. Great company, and Arnold is a gem!

Arnold was very courteous and response was prompt, here in the same day. The labor was a little expensive ( I knew approximate cost up front) but worth it to get the job done and fridge fixed.

Apoka Applliance came exactly when promised. Checked out the dishwasher. Gave me his advice on what could be done, how much each would cost, recommended buying a new unit and why. He suggested a dealer and a few days later I had a great new dishwasher. He could have just moved ahead with fixing and charged me, but he was honest. His suggestion of a dealer was also spot on. I have no reservations at all recommmending Apoka Applliance.

I called at 8:30 AM as my dryer had stopped producing heat over the weekend. The dryer was repaired by late afternoon same days.

It was great! Apopka Appliance was able to come the exact day I called! The repair person was very courteous and had a lot of experience with the job. He quickly knew what needed to be fixed (the dryer heating element) and communicated well with me about what the issue was and assured he could fix it. He certainly fixed it, and it works even better than before because he repaired the inside light and cleaned the vents. We were very happy and will call them again for any other appliance services. We will also recommend them to friends and neighbors.

While the problem was solved in a timely manner, I was subjected to listening to the serviceman complain about the construction outside my subdivision (after he showed up 30 minutes late after telling me on the phone he was ready to give up on finding me). He also complained the entire time about the way that my new home was constructed and how my dishwasher was installed. He kept telling me that he "could only do his best with what he was working with". He did not inspire me to be confident at all in his work. To further add to the negative experience, I wrote the check in the amount quoted to the name of the business that I hired - Apopka Appliance. He made me rewrite the check to him as the owner so that "no one could steal from the company". He reprimanded me for "wasting my time" in having to write a second check because I was "not patient" and "jumped the gun". It was an extremely unpleasant experience and I would never call this company out again.

Arnold was great, very knowledgable able to diagnosis the problem quickly and to help gives tips for maintenance so I do not run into this issue again. He is old school been doing this for a while and has seen it all. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a honest and knowledgable repairman.

Provider was prompt. Provider however told me that my refrigerator was done because it would cost $700 to replace compressor. He said go buy a new refrigerator, or he might have a repaired used one he could sell me for $100-$200 and charge for delivery ....plus his $80 service call I had to pay for today's visit. Thanks to a different provider, the compressor is bad, but the repair is approximately 1/2 that price. Because Apopka Appliance does not repair compressors and he would have to hire someone else to fix the compressor it would cost$700. My advice make sure the company you hire can do any and all repairs themselves!
