ANDERSON FLOORS

We were satisfied with the quality work they did on our hardwood floors, but were a little taken aback on how long it took for them to finally do the linoleum. I would recommend them whenever someone needs hardwood floors done, but we weren t as satisfied with the tile and think we will look around for that if we have to get it done in the future. I am not comfortable showing the price at this time.

Mr. Anderson is a very nice man. But, unfortunately the work took over 3 months to complete. The floors were done in a week. The closet dragged on for months. Mr. Anderson promised the work would be done in a timely matter and even gave me dates of completion. I had to write him a letter and e-mail him to get him to return my calls. When the job was finally done, it was shabby to say the least. Sloppy sanding on the doors, bad hardware for the knobs and the interior of the closet was not returned to its original state. Hooks were not replaced. Putty had hardened on the shelves. I was told I would receive a refund for cable covers that were included in the price that I did not want. As of this date no refund has been received. The floors are lovely, the doors are sad.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY GAVE SOME GOOD ADVICE. IT WAS GOOD WORKMANSHIP. THEY JUST DID A GREAT JOB, AND THEY CAME UP WITH SOME SOLUTIONS TO A PECULIAR SITUATION IN THE FLOOR. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THEY'VE GOT A LOT OF EXPERIENCE.

IT WAS NOT MUCH MORE THAN THE FIRST TIME I USED THEM. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY CALLED ME BACK IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE JUST OKAY. THERE WAS ONE PROBLEM THAT WE CONTACTED THEM ABOUT, BUT THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN OUT TO FIX IT. OVERALL I WOULD SAY THE JOB WAS DONE ALRIGHT, BUT FOR FUTURE WORK WE WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE.

IT WAS GOOD AND THE ROOMS LOOKED GREAT. THEY CLEANED UP, AND EVERYTHING LOOKED GREAT. WE JUST HAD ANOTHER CONTRACTOR IN, AND HE TOLD US THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING THAT THEY DID NOT DO. SOMETIMES THERE ARE SPACES BETWEEN THE WOOD PLANKS, AND THE NEW CONTRACTOR SAID THEY SHOULD HAVE FILLED THEM IN.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH ANDERSON FLOORS WAS DECENT BUT NOT GREAT. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT, BUT NOT HAPPY WITH THE OWNER AS I FELT HE WAS DISMISSIVE. IN ADDITION, I'M NOT SURE THAT THEY SEALED OFF MY KITCHEN CABINETS, AS THERE WAS MUCH DUST AND DEBRIS INSIDE THE CABINETS AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE.
