ASHTON DID A GREAT JOB, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HOW TO FIX THE ISSUE WITH DRIVEWAY , ALSO OFFERED A FEW DIFFERENT SOULUTIONS. WE WERE SO HAPPY WITH ASHTONS CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WE HIRED HIS COMPANY TO DO THE JOB. WE HAVE NOT HAD JOB COMPLETED YET BUT VERY SATISFIED SO FAR. WILL DO A FOLLOW UP RATINGS WHEN JOB COMPLETED. NO GIMMICKS OR PRESSURE. JUST INFORMATION AND FREE QUOTE....

Ashton explained perfectly what needed to be done so I could understand and it made sense. I wasted 2 years with other companies and paying engineers for plans that are unfeasible. I should have done my research and go directly to them! They are the pros!

We worked with Steven Crabbs, the Foreman for the helical anchors and Jordan Holland! The foreman for the poly portion. Chris Zoccolillo was instrumental in setting up and working with helical anchors. Antoine Almaalouf did an amazing job keeping everyone on track and jumping to make things happen. Steven was incredibly respectful of our property as he drove the piece of equipment to where the park needed to be done. He means everything look so easy. But I am certain that is related to his high level of skill. The entire crew was so patient and answered all my questions with great respect and honesty. I learned so much about this fascinating process. I would highly recommend them all to work on your project! Excellent communicators. A+++++

Ashton Whitt arrived on time and very polite We explained what we were looking to do. However this was not a job they do. That said. Ashton gave us a referral and even sent him some photos. Definitely recommend Alpha if we ever hear of someone needing foundation eork

A Strong warning to anyone wanting to use Alpha foundations to raise their slab with foam. My experience was terrible. They took my money and didn’t even fix the issue. Extremely bad communication and didn’t complete the job as quoted. My pool slab around the perimeter was not level and so I called Alpha foundations to come and correct this. They promised me they could inject the foam and raise the slab back up and then it would be stabilized and level for years to come. All this sounded like the perfect solution so I signed a contract and a few weeks later they were scheduled to get started. On the day the guy arrived to lift the slab he tells me he can’t do it because we have marble pavers on the deck and they don’t remove them to access the slab underneath. This would have been wonderful to know in advance and also so I could understand the additional cost associated. So now I had to find a paver company that would come to remove the tiles and then replace them. This costing quite a bit more in addition to the cost of the foam. They finally come back to do the foam. The truck breaks the first time and needs to come back a second time. I get the pavers replaced and we look into having a pool enclosure added. The companies for this inform me that the edges of the pool deck are still significantly sloped and concave in areas and that the enclosure will have gaps at the bottom as a result. So I call Alpha foundations back out to ask if they can correct this and get the deck level. Their response is that I need to pay the paver company to come back out and remove the tiles and replace again and repeat this process of foam. So once again I would have to pay thousands to correct their mistake. I would never have paid to do the foam in the first place if I knew nothing was going to be corrected and still have issues. I would have been much better off just either having the slab edges redone or having a paver company fill and level the areas. Total waste of thousands of dollars. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money on this company.

It took quit awhile to get permit and then when permit was approved I had to call and follow up for them to pay for the permit so job could be completed timely

Don, Josh, Andrew, and Dillon showed up on time and worked long hours to secure our home and save it from a failing foundation. Brandon had explained the process and our options well, and they were able get all permits in place and start work earlier than expected. Care was taken to respect the landscaping, and protect the water supply. Thank you all! We can highly recommend this crew.

I had french drains installed end of January, and after several weeks of rains, ground eroded in area of unfinished job, PVCs werent connected and just covered with dirt... also i just started using my sprinklers and found out that they broke my Irrigation pipe as well in area they were working... The company will not honor the warantee because of a small flower bush i moved at the street side of my driveway... which is ridiculous and making excuses. It has nothing to do with the pipes at the foundation of my house, they will not honor thier workmanship and take responsibility for the damages they have caused to my. house. they took 7384 dollars from me and will not even answer the phone, call me back, an front desk lady is rude and wont connect me with management. They are saying that the Sales rep will fix it which is also ridiculous. They are not honoring their warranty which they used to lure customer into signing.

Outstanding customer service from onset to work completed. We were informed on a weekly basis of the scheduling and permitting process. The site work was completed respectfully and efficiently by Paul, Dallas, Luis, and Earnest. Great team - kudos to them!

Foundation Consultancy and Project Preparation

Warren Ward and his crew were prompt, polite, professional and expertly installed a drain line in my yard to preclude flooding. They completed the job on time.

Florida Foundation Authority was absolute the greatest. The company actually wanted customers to ask questions. Completely understand what was being done and why. One of the workers even in a conversation mentioned other jobs they do. I will definitely be calling them after my gutters are replaced to do some of their drainage work.

The work done was completed professionally and according to the terms of the contract specifications. David, Paul, Vaughn, Nathan and Derek were responsive, punctual, and hard working. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work and all interactions I have had with the employees of Florida Foundation Authority.

David and Paul installed eight pin piles and raised the rear foundation footer/wall correcting sticking doors and cabinets as well as closing cracks in block walls in a professional and courteous manner during the allotted time on the dates promised.

I bought a house about 4 years ago and my whole patio by my pool started washing away. I called Florida Foundation, they came out and lifted all the concrete, redid my gutters and saved my pool and patio. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always communicating with me. I know the job was much larger than they anticipated. They stuck to their quote and did the job perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone and already have. Dustin and Nathan were in charge of my job and they were the best.
