Alpha Foundations

Alpha Foundations came and reinforced my pool apron. Jordan and George were professional and did a great job. The salesman Ashton came and did an extremely thorough inspection of our pool deck and the crawl space of our home. Ashton provided us with several different options to help protect our investment. With the economy being what it is something’s are going to be put on hold, but when we do them, we will use Alpha Foundations.

The crew installed 5 new jacks for foundation stabilization. Cameron, Jonah and Tammy were professional, worked with a sense of urgency, and left the job site clean and restored. The corrections to the foundation resulted in permanent stabilization. Cameron answered all my questions with a significant knowledge of the worked performed. I have beenna customer for 3 years and will I would recommend Alpha Foundations to all who need stabilization. Thank you

Great! Way better than expected. Saved us from having to tear out and replace.

Our pool surround was showing some cracks and signs of ground erosion. FFA came out and found much of the underground supporting our cement slabs had indeed eroded away and needed to be stabilized. They gave us a quote on their Polylevel product and we had them come out to do the work. They were very professional and respectful of our property. They had to drill small holes in our pavers in order to pump in the Polylevel product, but you'd never know it since they managed to do it causing no cracks and they filled all the holes afterwards. All of my questions and concerns were addressed immediately and you could tell they took pride in their work. The job was completed in half a day and they cleaned up everything before they left. We were impressed and pleased with the whole experience.

Team members Mike McDonald and Josh worked to repair and stabilize the foundation on porches in my new vacation home. Their profssionalism, work ethic, and positive attitude impressed me, as did everyone I worked with at the company. I especially liked that they did not pressure me to do work that was not necessary. (In fact, I originally called for a different issue and they discussed better ways to handle my original project as well as stabilize the foundation to prevent future damage--all for less than others offered. I would definitely recommend and hire them again.

They were so nice at every phase and executed both the driveway and drainpipe projects perfectly. It was a very clean job that looked very nice at the end. Can’t say enough about our satisfaction with these folks.

They did a great job!

Doug, the owner, and Mike and Andrew did an exceptional job from the very beginning. I had tried to call other foundation repair companies before calling them and no one returned my call. They returned it immediately and the lady who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. The concrete slab, topped with tile, in the back of my house was sinking. When Doug came out to review the job and provide a quote, he was very detailed in explaining all that would happen. Due to the amount of work they had it took a while for them to get out to do the job. However, the customer service to set up the appointment and the reminder of the appointment a week beforehand, was very professional. I had requested for the owner to come when the job was done due to the micro-details in measurement that had to be done. He showed up as promised. Once again, when walking through the job, they were very detailed in explaining all that was happening step-by-step. They were meticulous in all they did and left the sight very clean. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen and underlying issues with the foundation and slab, they weren't able to complete the job at 100%, but they continued to work on making the slab as level as possible and didn't give up. By the time they finished, it was 90% better and actually looked amazing when they left. They were also VERY fair and reduced the price significantly because they weren't able to complete the full intent of the job. And, again, this wasn't because of their lack of expertise, but because of issues under the tiles that couldn't have been known until they got in to the job. Otherwise, I would have given them "5" stars. I was very pleased with their excellent customer service, expertise and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Florida Foundation Authority. Exceeded my expectation. From the first meeting with Ozzie through the completion of the work today, everyone was professional, polite and competent in their jobs. The work completed was spot on by Andrew and his crew. I couldn’t be happier.
