Mark and Adam did an excellent job repairing the wood rot on my external french doors. I had an inspection coming up on my home and they repaired it at optimal cost. Other handymen weren't giving me the time of day, since it wasn't a big job, and other handymen would have probably recommended an overkill solution like a complete replacement. Not Mark and Adam. They presented me with options and took whatever time was necessary to ensure this job was high quality. They are very professional with high quality standards and they also did a great job with cleanup.

The quality of work exceeded my expectations, they went far beyond what a previous tile installer had done in another room. The attention to detail was unbelievable. If you are looking for someone with a great work ethic these are your guys.

They came just for that, but as the 2 days I needed them for wore on, we found more "issues" that needed to be addressed. They are nice as can be, amazing @ their creativity & remodeling skills, thoughtful to my elderly mom's safety & comfort needs, & just terrific all around. So, we have adopted them into the family & already have several large projects (aka issues/tweaks) that will be addressed over the next few months. Each month we tackle another project so I'll be leaving more reviews.

They put a tile backsplash in my kitchen and did a great job! They do meticulous work and are very conscientious. I highly recommend them.

I called several roofing companies to come out and ***** the repairs. None of them were willing to do the job. I called Check Mark's Handyman services to see if they would give me an estimate. They arrived on the date and time that they had scheduled. They were able to do the repairs on the same day. They were very professional and courteous. Since I didn't go on the roof they took before and after pictures. The job was remarkable. I highly recommend this company for all your needs.

Mark's stellar reputation should still be considered. Hopefully, he will be able to work in a few weeks.

Mark gave a ballpark estimate over the phone which was close to the actual in person estimate. He performed the work without any complaints even though he had a personal emergency. He did have to come back after completing to fix a small complication however again this was done without any difficulties. The work was done in a complete and professional manner.

I am so disappointed in Marks Handyman Services. I called and set up an appointment for an estimate. Mark returned my call and arrived on time. After we reviewed my repairs, he stated he would e-mail his estimate to me the next day. I haven't heard a word from him. I e-mail him and got no response. What a disappointment. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Mark called a day in advance to confirm our appointment time and wanted to know more info about the work that needed to be done so he would have all his tools and supplies (a first for me!). He was quick at his work and when we had a and quot;hitchand quot;....he problem solved an answer readily! Very pleasant person to have work with and for you! I would MOST definitely have him return for other work.

He came down, right on time. He measured everything. He came down with another guy, they did the measuring and everything. He gives a 10% senior citizen discount. His name is Mark Miller, he is the owner. I told him that I needed an itemized estimate. He said he did not have his computer. I told him I needed it. He said when he goes back to the office, he would type it and mail it to me. I have not yet gotten it. He was a very nice man, perfect gentleman, definitely knew what he was talking about. I am still waiting on the estimate in the mail though. It's now after New Years, and I still haven't received this estimate. He hasn't bothered to call me either to follow up.

Asked for help installing appliances in the kitchen of my rental property. Mark was able to get everything installed and working quickly, and the quality of work was excellent.

All good. No don'ts. I will hire him again without hesitation.

Our bathroom cabinet had a large hole at the back, from when the cabinet had been replaced, years ago. Well, a mouse found out about it, and started chewing up the toilet tissue and knocking over bottles.This was an emergency...for me, at least. I called Mark and he was able to fit me into his busy schedule almost immediately. He boarded up the whole back of the cabinet...now, no more mouse! Yay! Please don't hesitate to call this guy. He is such a genuinely nice man....both he and his assistant, Adam. Thanks, Mark

I highly recommend Mark Miller. We used him for a number of small handyman projects this past weekend. He came ahead of time to provide us with a quote and then showed up the next day exactly on time. He was very professional and courteous. He did a great job with the various jobs, which included replacing a light fixture and installing some garage shelving. I will definitely use him again in the future.

The work that Mark performed was high quality, but most of all I appreciated his responsiveness. It's rare to find a vendor who will follow up as consistently as Mark did. He fulfilled verbal commitments and was careful to always contact me as the work progressed. My last handyman from Angie's List was a disaster (review written), so I'm pleased to find a handyman I can use going forward for other projects.

I have used Mark's services on three separate occasions. He does awesome, high quality work. He picks up all the supplies and provides receipts to confirm cost spent. He is punctual and professional and does what he says he will do. With the hot water heater installation, he even worked very late on a Friday night to complete the installation and ensure there would be hot water to use in the morning. I would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend him.

He did an outstandiing job. I'm very happy with his service. The ramp is very strong, reliable, and will not rust.

Everything went very well. The fans were installed properly, two of them had separate switches for fan and light and all was wired correctly. One was a high vaulted ceiling which presented no problem for them. One was in my office above my desk with computer monitors and electronics that he carefully worked around not requiring me to tear everything down. He took the time to balance the fans and they run very smoothly. The caulking included removing old caulk and putting new in and it looks very good.

Excellent, will definately recommend him. I have had several handymen in my house working, and have kicked all of them out. Mark was friendly , professional and clean.

My husband and I were preparing to sell out home in Apopka. We had several jobs that needed to be done, so, upon our realtor's recommendation, we looked up Mark Miller on Angie's List. When we interviewed him, we were impressed with his sincerity and honesty. Our front porch was ugly bare concrete. I decided to tile it and purchased what I thought was a random cobblestone pattern of tiles to cover it. As Mark laid out the tiles, we discovered that there were three possible patterns. The one that I chose involved cutting some tile pieces that were only 3/4and quot; wide in order to center the design.on the porch. Other tiles needed to be cut to fit around little shapes that formed the perimeter of the door frame and porch. It required both skill and patience in order to cut and lay the tile properly. Mark needed to purchase sone extra tile, and did that for us, saving us an extra trip to the store. The and quot;newand quot; front porch really punches up the appearance of the front of the house. Mark, with Adam assisting, did a great job!. Our newly installed lawn and landscaped area completely surrounded the house. Our landscaper wanted us to do a lot of hand watering for the new plants for the first two weeks. We were also to adjust the lawn watering on a weekly schedule, as the new sod took hold. Since we needed to head to California, we couldn't stay to do the job properly. I laid a web of soaker hoses on timers around the new plants, but, since we have had many automatic timers fail to function properly, (the batteries get baked, or wet, or ???), we asked Mark to check on things for us. He did this regularly, adjusting things as needed, and affording us peace of mind. Adam, in addition to assisting Mark with the tile and other work, moved a bottle brush bush for us, filled in and re-sodded the hole, and planted two Cardboard Palms (tiny thorns and all) for us. Mark and Adam work well together, but Mark is the boss and does most of the hard labor. Adam is his apprentice. Mark is an honest, conscientious, hardworking, multi-talented man who consistently tries to do his best. He can do just about everything that you could possibly need to have done around your home or business. My only complaint is that I can't import him to California to work on our home there. He is absolutely the best handyman I have ever encountered! Hire him! We will, when we return to work on our other home in Lake Mary.

Everything about the service was great. Mike responded promptly, provided a timely estimate, and performed the work as scheduled.All the work was done perfectly, the gutters are completely clean (including flushing them). The new piece of gutter was nicely painted and installed correctly. The lights were installed and work fine.

I thought everything went perfect. Never thought I was getting graded too. Whats weird is and quot;Mr, Markand quot; lives about three miles up the road.from me. THANK YOU MARK

Mark is the best Handy Man I have EVER used!! He was professional, courteous, and honest!!! His work is amazing. I will definitely be using him in the future and have already recommended him to many of my friends. I know how hard it is to find a good handyman, well its Mark!
