Mark and Adam arrived Sunday afternoon, and were ready to go to work, I originally just wanted an estimate, but after listening to Mark explain the different reasons the door could be stuck and what he might have to do to fix it I knew I wanted him doing the job. He made sure to give me all alternatives of what might be the problem and what work might have to be done. He made sure in advance that it could be a difficult job or a rather seemless one. I was expecting the wall to be torn out havin to repair the wall , paint, and more. He was able to fix the door with out having to buy a new door, or tear the wall out. I was very confident in Mark. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I am glad I made the choice to hire him.

I don't know what else to add to what I already wrote. Everything was great!

Mark was very professional and prompt. All work was completed in a timely manner and areas were cleaned immediately. I will call Mark again and would recommend his services.

It went very well. I waited for him to be finished with another job he was working on but it was worth the wait. Mark and Adam are very conscience and did a beautiful job installing and painting the wood safety rail and posts to the top of the ledger of the loft area. A lot of people have remarked on how really good it looks. He also straightened out the gate that had been previously installed by another handyman company (something that wasn't on my list of things to do). Mark also uses a level whenever he does anything. He is very talented in his work. Between him and Adam they make a great team. I have attached a picture of the railing he installed. It is perfect. Thank-you Mark and Adam for your hard work here.

Overall, I would say things went over all very well. He was prompt and courteous.

Mark actually fashioned a connector to keep the top panel of the microwave panel on. Also, Mark and his helper took great care with my mother curio cabinets which have mirrors in them. He used a level, (didn't just eyeball it) to remount them. He was very very respectful and patient while my mother decided on where to put the cabinets and rehang the pictures. He did a great job installing the 3 light fixtures in the kitchen. We went to Lowes to pick up the light fixtures. One of the bulbs was broken in the packaging and Mark called the store to make sure that I would be able to exchange them. They cleaned everything up, it was like he wasn't even here and everything was fixed. I really appreciate his prompt response to my calls and the exceptional professional work he does.

Overall the job went well; took him and his partner about a week and a half to complete. Had a few weather issues and some minor time conflicts so job could have taken a bit less time. They taped up soffits, windows as needed since most paint was sprayed on. Applied 2 coats to accent and trim areas, one coat to main body areas. I found a few hard to see cracks before they finished and they were able to touch up a these areas. After completion I found a few places where you could see very small areas of old color due to texture of stucco. A second coat of paint might of been better but I was already pushing the budget and those areas are very hard to see. So overall still happy with the work. Most areas resealed well, and the one or two places I found in hard to see places were pointed out and quickly corrected. A few spots remained on the back patio slab after pressure washing but I know that job had not been done in quite a few years so not a real surprise. Driveway is much cleaner and looks far better now and the gutters drain better as well.

A large branch fell on the roof of our aluminum shed and damaged the roof, leaving a large hole on the top and water was coming in every time it rained. I had called another handyman service and they bid the job, along with some other things, but then when they came out here, they said they couldn't do the work on the roof. It was very frustrating. I think I went through 2 other people, they either didn't return my calls or they were busy with other jobs. I went on Angies List and started calling somemore, but out of my frustration, I just didn't feel like leaving a message. When I called Mark, even though I didn't leave a message, he called me back within 5 minutes. I told him about my predicament, and he scheduled a time to come out here and look at the job. We went to Lowes and picked up a ridge cap and some supplies and Mark and his assistant fixed it. It looks so much better. I am so thankful he help us. He did a great job. I will definately use him again. He really knew his stuff, he was courteous, professional and on time. I can't thank him enough.

Overall I was very pleased with the work and I felt that price charged was reasonable. The dining room was painted in blue and the primary bedroom was painted in black and magenta/pink(?) colors that my soon-to-be tenants (and myself) did not like. Mark repainted these areas in a nice soft/neutral tan color that covered the old paint very well. I also had him paint/touch up scrapes and nicks in the master bedroom and shower area. The shower area looked good afterwards but the master bedroom touch was not quite perfect since the computer color match was off slightly. We tried to touch up areas that were a dark brown color that was originally done by kids probably so the coverage was not even to begin with. Looking back I should have repainted the entire room but that was not in the budget and I cannot fault Mark for that or the matching process that was used by the paint store. Mark took down some wall paper trim in the family room and was able to match/touch up that area underneath perfectly. You cannot tell that the trim was ever there. He also touched up other areas in kitchen and that looks so much nicer now. And he also took care of several minor scrape marks in the den and on a wall next to the stairway. He recaulked the kitchen area and both bathroom areas. Also added some quarter round molding made of fiberglass(?) instead of wood to cover up gaps in the vinyl flooring after the caulking part was done. End result was a vast improvement in appearance and far better protection from water getting into the previous gaps which are now gone. The front door was nicely painted. I just wish I had him do the priming too. Doing the priming myself in a rush job caused some primer to get onto a concrete area I did not cover too well. He also matched the paint here very well around the inside trim that got a bit beat up when the old trim was removed. The pressure washing job he did made that concrete sidewalk look so much better and he did a nice job in the yard too (trimmed some trees and finish various areas that had not seen a lawn mower in months). The garbage disposal job was good too but he did forget to pop out the plug for the dishwasher drain line. It was no big deal and he returned promptly to fix that and to touch up 2 small caulking areas that I forgot to make clear to him.

Mark is a genuinely nice fellow who happens to be talented at handyman work. He's very clean and works with purpose. I can't think of anything I've asked of him that he hasn't been able to do. Once you get him started, you won't believe how many things you will find that you need done.
