Steve came out a week prior and gave me a price for the work with alternate prices for not disposing of the tree debris. A crew of five in three trucks arrived on time on the prescribed date (Aug 22). They were on site for ten hours, due in part to the work required to carry limbs and trunk pieces to a point where bundles could be hoisted over my garage with a crane and subsequently mulched in the shredder. This was an experienced crew who did an excellent job. They also cleaned up stray tree debris before they left and even cleared the driveway with a blower. Despite the price, I tipped each of them for their hard work.

We were very pleased with the knowledge of the arborist and the professionalism of the workers.

Made appointment for work to be done, could not be done for over 2 weeks, because of their work load; signed a proposal and returned it to company. At 4:45 the day before the work was to be done, I received a message on answering service from female employee, saying that the owner had decided not to do the work.''There is nothing I can do about it'', was her statement.
