+ -1 moreEddie and David just left my house and I had to write a review. These guys were called in to fix some issues that the original electricians made in our new construction home. Not only were they incredibly friendly and professional. They walked my through the wiring issues they encountered and how they fixed them. While they were here, they also gave me some valuable info about some of the wiring in my house related to the GFI's that were not communicated to me during my walkthrough. This was warranty work done through our builder and I didn't choose A&B, but I'm so happy these guys were here. I have some electrical projects I'm wanting to tackle down the road and A&B will definitely be the first people I call.
Description of Work: My wife and I just moved into our new construction home. In the home office, there were outlets and switches wired incorrectly causing multiple receptacles to be on 3-way. In addition, there were outlets and switches installed improperly and looked kind of sloppy. This was warranty work and costs were covered by the builder. I did not have a choice in electrician.

+ -1 moreThe electrician arrived and gave me an estimate and said his boss would have to confirm the amount. He also said I would have to call his boss to schedule the work. After I left 3 messages over two weeks and received no return call, I contracted with another company. My impression was that they only wanted commercial contracts.
Description of Work: I called for an estimate appointment.

+ -1 moreBob was on time, very polite, informative, and very reasonably priced.
Description of Work: We lost all power in one of the bedrooms of our home. I called to report the problem and an electrician arrived the next day. It took him over an hour to locate, and repair the problem. (a short circuit) The electrician was very persistent and methodical. He also advised me of several options that could be used to repair the problem.

+ -1 moreTHE PEOPLE WERE VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME IN AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE VERY POLITE. THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. THEY WERE ABLE TO MATCH THE NEW DOOR TO THE OLD RANGE, AND IT WAS A PERFECT FIT.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE FIXING THE PROBLEM, BUT I'M NOT SURE IF THE TV IS BROKEN OR THE CABLE IS NOT WORKING. THE COMPANY WAS VERY HELPFUL, AND THE PRICE WAS OK FOR THE PROBLEM. I WILL SHOP AROUND FOR THE BEST PRICE.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO FIX THE OUTLET FROM THE CABLE TO THE TV. I TOOK THE TV TO THE SHOP, AND IT TOOK A DAY TO FIX. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH THE OUTLET AFTER THE TV WAS FIXED. THE RECEPTION IS HORRIBLE.
